hi sr,my name is alex,this is the first time i write to you,i have only one suggestion to tell you,it is something wrong that is happening in both games,american and euro truck simulator,the problem is with admin people,they are banning people permanently and that is not correct,it is not good for us and neither for your company,there are many,many poor people,boys and girls saving their money to buy this game,they have to wait months sometime and then some admin come and ban this people permanently,so this boys and girls loose all money,i repeat there are many poor people who really want to buy these game and is not right that any admin ban them permanently,there are many people who lost all money they spent months saving,why?this is not correct,we know there are rules,i know that,but for example,my friend yulianz was banned 3 days ago for someone from turkey and this man said to my friend he was using hack,my friend is just a boy,he even doesnt know what hack is,he appeal everyday and this man from turkey doesnt answer and my friend lost all steam account and all the money he saved for a long time,my question is why?poor people are loosing the money for people like this admin,why?this is not right,why?i think admin can ban people for 2 or 3 days but not forever,i repeat,that is not right for us and for your company either,please if you read this sometime try this not happen again,admin people are having fun with poor people,that is not correct,thank you so much por you attention.
