V	Vendula Kucerova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uplne SKVELY PAN DOKTOR.Je mi jedno jak dlouho se ceka,je mi jedno vse,nemuzu si na pana doktora stezovat,at jsem mela jakykoli problem,vzdycky mi pomohl a poradil,i me vyslechl. I kdyz jsem se prestehovala ,tak sveho obvodniho pana lekare nevymenim!!:-) I don't care how long he's been waiting, I don't care all, I can't travel to the doctor, whatever the problem, he always helped me and advised, and he listened to me. Even though I moved, I will not replace my district doctor !! :-)

The doctor is meticulous and very pleasant, but unfortunately I have to take away the star in those waiting times. You should sit for at least an hour.

H	Honza Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Pan doktor" zastupoval mého obvodního lékaře z důvodu dovolené. Z nemocnice mě poslali na kontrolu ,převaz a píchnutí tetanusu k obvodnímu lékař. Měl jsem popáleniny 1-2 stupně na břichu zhruba 3020cm a na ruce 4 stupně 25x10cm. Po příchodu do čekárny ,kde seděli 2 lidé jsem se posadil a čekal. Po chvilce vyšla sestra a řekla mi že mě dneska neošetří ,že na to nemají čas, ať si příjdu zítra, poté si šla zakouřit ven. Zkusil jsem jiného obvodního lékaře , který se mi na to podíval a řekl že pokud nezastupuje mého lékaře tak s tím nechce nic mít a ať se vrátím že mě ošetřit musí. A případně si stěžuji na lékařské komoře. Po druhém příchodu do ordinace cca po hodině. Jsem si připravil mobil abych si nahrál jak sestřička odmítá ošetření. Po vyhrožování lékařskou komorou tak mi řekla že se zeptá "Pana doktora" ať počkám. Po chvíli vyšel pan doktor a řekl mi ,ať si počkám než všechny objednané ošetří a že se mi na to pak možná podívá jestli bude ještě čas. Povídal že nejsem ve vážném stavu a že nepotřebuji akutní ošetření. (Nevím jak to poznal ,když se mě ani on ani sestra nezeptali co mi vlastně je. První příchod do ordinace cca 11:00 , druhý 12:00 otvírací doba byla do 14:00. Ponaučení plyne. Pan doktor čeká asi až se infekce z popáleny rozšíří natolik ,abych byl ve vážném stavu a on mě poté poslal do nemocnice. "Mr. Doctor" represented my GP for leave. I was sent from the hospital for a check-up, bandage, and tetanus injection to the district doctor. I had burns of 1-2 degrees on my stomach about 30 20cm and on my hands 4 degrees 25x10cm. After arriving at the waiting room, where 2 people were sitting, I sat down and waited. After a while, a nurse came out and told me that she wouldn't treat me today, that they didn't have time to come tomorrow, then she went to smoke outside. I tried another district doctor who looked at me and said that if he doesn't represent my doctor, he doesn't want anything to do with it and let me come back that he has to treat me. And maybe I'm complaining to the medical chamber. After the second arrival to the surgery after about an hour. I set up my cell phone to record how my nurse refused treatment. After being threatened by the medical chamber, she told me that she would ask "the doctor" to wait. After a while, the doctor came out and told me to wait until everyone had been treated and that he might look at it if I had time. He said that I was not in serious condition and that I did not need acute treatment. (I don't know how he knew when neither he nor my sister asked me what it was. The first arrival to the surgery is about 11:00, the second 12:00 opening hours were until 14:00. The lesson flows. The doctor is waiting for the burn infection to spread enough for me to be in serious condition, and he will then send me to the hospital.
