I was satisfied with the doctor for many years. That's why I stayed with her when I moved 80 km away. Lately, however, the doctor has disappointed me a lot. I fell ill with covid and needed to deal with the situation very acutely. I.e. issue disability, a request for a PCR test and a recipe for breathing problems. Unfortunately, there is no way to call the doctor. I tried it several times a day for ten days !!! I didn't call once! So to be precise, three times yes, the phone was picked up, she barked at it 'call another time, I don't have time' without introducing herself and knowing who she was talking to and why the person is calling and the phone is deaf. He obviously has no nurse to run the administration and pick up the phones. This can be understood, but the moment you have to deal with your situation acutely, you must not be with a covid among people, let alone 80 km away, the employer immediately needs a disability and you prescription and test, you are in a stalemate. Out of desperation, I turned to my husband's district doctor at the place of residence, who paid me and helped me. The nurse asked to send the card and I could rest. Only until I found out that Dr. Vork had called this new doctor and complained about my meeting, ie that I had arranged a preoperative examination with her for March and how it was possible that I did not cancel it and applied for a card. And that she can't call me !! because I don't pick up the phone! I wanted to at least ask her about it and ask for an explanation of her actions ... unfortunately for the next three days I tried to call her again in vain! Failed. So one star for me and after years of satisfaction at the end a big disappointment.
