★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašně dlouhá čekací doba když přijdete do ordinace. Byla jsem objednaná na 14:00 a z ordinace jsem odcházela o hodinu a půl po tom. 40 minut v ordinaci nikdo nebyl a tím se to hrozně protáhlo. Kdyby se to stalo jednou, tak chápu stane se, všichni jsme lidé, ale takhle je to pokaždé. Opravdu nehoráznost.
 Terribly long waiting time when you come to the surgery. I was booked at 14:00 and I left the surgery an hour and a half later. Nobody was in the surgery for 40 minutes, and that took a long time. If it happened once, I understand it would happen, we're all human, but that's the way it is. Really outrageous.
