A	Aneta Sulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po své sestře vzkázala/poslala zraněné 8 měsíční dítě (urgentní případ - doporučení z Bulovky), i přes ÚPLNĚ prázdnou čekárnu, na jiné pracoviště, na druhou stranu Prahy. Prý, že má objednané pacienty.. NEDOPORUČUJI!!! She sent / sent an injured 8-month-old child (urgent case - recommendation from Bulovka) to her other sister, despite a completely empty waiting room, to another workplace, to the other side of Prague. Apparently, he has ordered patients .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

A když to zvednou a upozorníte je na tuto skutečnost...tak vám milostivě odpoví, že takový JE ŽIVOT. Perfektní přístup. Velká gratulace. We have been trying to call the surgery for a month. It worked today. Huraaaa. And when they pick it up and alert them to that fact ... they will graciously tell you that THIS IS LIFE. Perfect approach. Big congratulations.
L	Liana Suzan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před první návštěvou kvůli objednání jsem volala nejméně 30x a nikdo telefon nezvedal, a to i když jsem volala dopoledne i odpoledne. Pak jsem zjistila, že si mohu vzít termín přes internet, ale nejdříve musím zaplatit za termín 1.080,-Kč, takže jsem zaplatila a termín si zarezervovala. Návštěva u paní doktorky proběhla v pohodě, byla milá a poslala nás na další vyšetření k jiným lékařům. Po pár dnech jsem zjistila, že dcera, se kterou jsem byla u paní dr. Ouzke, je již manželem zaregistrována u jiné neuroložky a chtěla jsem to nahlásit paní dr. Ouzke a zrušit termín u ní, ale opět se již třetí den nelze dovolat. Takže touto cestou ruším termín 7/12 v 15 hodin u paní dr. Ouzke a snažit se dovolat už nebudu. Zřejmě neberou telefony z důvodu, aby člověk zaplatil těch 1.080,-Kč. Protože při první a teď i poslední návštěvě paní dr. jsme byli v čekárně sami a po nás tam již nikdo neseděl, když jsme odcházeli. A nechápu, jestli si ze mě dělali legraci, když při odchodu z ordinace mi jak pani dr., tak sestřička řekly, že kdyby něco, ať zavolám. Je to hezké, ale asi myslely z okna :-) Suzan Liana Before the first visit to order, I called at least 30 times and no one answered the phone, even though I called in the morning and afternoon. Then I found out that I could take the appointment over the Internet, but first I had to pay CZK 1,080 for the appointment, so I paid and booked the appointment. The doctor's visit went well, she was nice and sent us to other doctors for further examination. After a few days, I found out that the daughter I was with Dr. Ouzka, her husband is already registered with another neurologist and I wanted to report it to Mrs. Dr. Ouzke and cancel the date with her, but again, the third day can not be called. So this way I cancel the date 7/12 at 3 pm with Mrs. Dr. Ouzka and I will not try to call anymore. Apparently they don't take phones for a reason to pay the CZK 1,080. Because during the first and now the last visit of Dr. we were alone in the waiting room and no one was sitting there for us when we left. And I don't understand if they made fun of me when, when I left the office, both Dr. and the nurse told me that if anything, I should call. Paní doktorka mu nechala udělat preventivně veškerá dostupná vyšetření včetně magnetické rezonance. Také je moc milá, vše vysvětlí a je velmi pečlivá. Vřele doporučuji! The doctor is absolutely amazing. I was with her son, who has been shaking hands for a long time. The doctor had him perform all available examinations, including magnetic resonance imaging, as a precaution. She is also very kind, explains everything and is very careful. I warmly recommend!
M	M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka je moc milá, srozumitelná, vstřícná a je to opravdový profík... Je mi líto špatných recenzí zde, které nehodnotí její odbornost ale "přihlouplý" telefon. The doctor is very nice, understandable, helpful and she is a real pro ... I'm sorry for the bad reviews here, which do not evaluate her expertise but the "stupid" phone.
Z	Zuzana Slaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K paní doktorce Ouzké chodím se synem již přes 10 let, jsme s ní velmi spokojení, je velice milá, vše si vyslechne, poradí, svojí práci dělá pečlivě. Sestřička je na nás taky vždy milá. Tuto ordinaci doporučujeme. S dovoláním nemáme problém, když ne na poprvé, tak na podruhé se zadaří. I have been going to Dr. Ouzká's son with my son for over 10 years, we are very satisfied with her, she is very nice, she listens to everything, she advises, she does her job carefully. The nurse is always nice to us too. We recommend this surgery. We have no problem with the appeal, if not for the first time, then for the second time.
