★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost! I když má člověk z operace trosku strach, tak tady vážně nemusí. Jsou tu lidé na svém místě. Moc děkuji všem sestrám i doktorům.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem na chirurgii se zarostlým nehtem na noze a jsem více než spokojená. Nechtěli to hlavně hned řešit zákrokem, ale snažili se to nejdřív vyřešit. Problém s nehtem jsem měla straně dlouho a byla jsem tam na mnoha kontrolách. Pokaždé, doktor supr - ví co dělá, vše vysvětlí a ví co dělá. Sestry taky úžasné. Moc hodné sestry. Problém mi vyřešili (bohužel zákrokem, už to nešlo jinak) a jsem více než spokojená :)
I've been to surgery with an ingrown toenail and I'm more than happy. They didn't want to deal with it right away, but they tried to solve it first. I had a nail problem on the side for a long time and I was there at many inspections. Every time, the doctor knows what he's doing, explains everything and knows what he's doing. The sisters are amazing too. Very good sisters. They solved the problem for me (unfortunately with the intervention, it was no longer possible) and I am more than satisfied :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Česák je šikovný.Tolik jsem se bála plastiky nehtového lůžka u palce.Sestřičky jsou moc milé a celkově přístup všech byl perfektní, takže díky nim to bolelo míň ???
Dr. Česák is handy. I was so afraid of the nail bed sculpture at the thumb. The nurses are very nice and overall the approach of everyone was perfect, so thanks to them it hurt less ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijeli jsme dnes tj. v pátek ve 21:45 hod k ošetření naší dcery na chirurgickou ambulanci (pohotovost). Paní z recepce nás posadila do čekárny. Ačkoliv jsme byli v čekárně sami a bylo 21:55 hod, tak nás sestra odmítla ošetřit, že mají provoz pohotovosti jen do 22:00 hod a že doktor tam již není. Prý máme jet do Teplic nebo Mostu. Mockrát děkujeme a užijte si pohodovou noční službu.
We arrived today, ie on Friday at 9:45 pm to treat our daughter at the surgical outpatient clinic (emergency room). The lady from the reception put us in the waiting room. Although we were alone in the waiting room and it was 9:55 pm, the nurse refused to treat us that they were only on call until 10:00 pm and that the doctor was no longer there. They say we have to go to Teplice or Most. Thank you very much and enjoy the relaxing night service.
