The Liberec City Information Center is located on the ground floor of the greenish Fousek House - it was one of the oldest brewing houses in the city and got its name from the Czech butcher Antonín Fousek from Městec Králové. The Fousks were also famous winemakers and wine merchants. The original house with a wooden gable was rebuilt to its current form at the end of the 19th century. The information center provides information about the city of Liberec and the whole region, about its natural, historical and cultural monuments, about cultural and sports events and timetables. A free guided tour of the town hall building for 4 adults is organized and started right here in the period from 1.6. to 30.9. You can pay by card here for amounts over CZK 100. You can only pay in cash in Czech currency.
