Praha poslala doporučený dopis , že musím vypsat čestné prohlášení ???? I must admit that I have never had a problem with the staff, but I do not understand the system. The lady helped me write a statement and sent a request to Prague. Prague has sent a registered letter that I must make a solemn declaration ????

Opravdu úžasná efektivita práce státní správy, člověk by zaplakal, a teď sdělí, že mají dalších 30 dnů na vyřízení. Zadarmo jsou takové úřady i pracovníci drazí. After delivery of the document to the filing office on February 10, 2022, the handover within the office takes "only 6 days". Really amazing efficiency of the state administration, one would cry, and now they say they have another 30 days to deal. Such offices and workers are free.
J	Josef Němec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je sprosté od tohoto "veleváženého" úřadu, že si změnil pětková telefonní čísla na devítková, za které musí teď platit i předplatitelé bývalého UPC (Vodafone), i když mají nárok na 10.000 minut "zdarma"!!! Když vidím desítky stížností v recenzích, jaká je úspěšnost vyřízení volajících, tak bych ty místní byrokraty nejraději poslal na zkušenou na západ - ale bez mzdy!!! It is vulgar for this "respected" office that it has changed the five phone numbers to nine, which now has to be paid by subscribers of the former UPC (Vodafone), even though they are entitled to 10,000 minutes "free" !!! When I see dozens of complaints in the reviews about the success of callers, I would like to send the local bureaucrats to the west to be experienced - but without pay !!!

Od prosince řeším vyplácení dávky. Napřed mě bylo řečeno že dávka přijde do konce roku. 10.1. mi přišel doporučený dopis kde mě na OCR chybělo vyplněné políčko stav. Ano problém zvednout telefon a zeptat se na stav je lepší zabalit do obálky a poslat na adresu. OCR jsem opravila a 13.1. jim došlo na pobočku. Dnes jsem mluvila s paní ING. OLDŘIŠKA FEJTOVÁ Funkce vedoucí oddělení - Oddělení výplaty dávek NP Telefon +420 950 197 507 která mě řekla že na to mají dalších třicet dní když jsme jí řekla že už to s ní řeším od prosince a že mě řekla napřed že to bude do konce roku vyplaceno v lednu že na to mají měsíc od doruceni a doručena jim byla 10.12. datovou schránkou mě zavěsila telefon a telefon už nezveda. Tohle se mě ještě opravdu nestalo. Být takhle já arogantní v práci letěla bych na hodinu. Total arrogance of female employees. I am a single mother I go to two jobs. Usually this is not a very welcomed attribute, especially when you need paperwork. I needed some paper for my driving licence, and the girl there couldn't be nicer. At one moment I did not understood what she said, then I told her my Czech is not that good, she said it doesnt matter, that we will somehow understand each other. I did not have to wait, she was fast and efficient. Very happy with the service!
