L	Luboš Řeřicha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde již po několikáté (od přepisu provozovaného vozidla, po prodloužení platnosti STK na motocyklu - vše proběhlo bez sebemenšího problému a rychle. Například v Berouně mi odmítli prodloužit STK na motocyklu úplně a dnes mě dokonce berounský registr poslal do kolen úplně, když mi v 8:03 hod. nevydal systém pořadové čislo vůbec s hláškou, že je pro dnešek vyčerpaný limit klientů - pracovní doba začínala v 8:00 hod. a ve vestibulu úřadu byl 1 pán a uklízečka) ... No a tady na Koterovské ? Perfektní jednání na úrovni i v této nelehké době, kdy jiné registry zcela odmítají klienty a to i ty objednané. Dnešní přepis bez objednání byl komplet hotový za 20 minut - v činnosti bylo cca 20 přepážek a 2 pokladny. Jak paní na recepci - přidělující pořadová čisla, tak i ta sedící na telefonní lince - obě velice sympatické, vše neznalým rády vysvětlí a poradí co a jak. Chovají se prostě profesionálně - tak, jak by se měl každý úředník chovat ! No a v neposlední řadě i slečna na přepážce byla velmi příjemná. Za mě tedy velký palec nahoru a těším se na další návštěvu. And here at Koterovská? Perfect behavior at the level even in this difficult time, when other registries completely reject clients, even those ordered. Today's transcript without ordering was completed in 20 minutes - about 20 counters and 2 cash registers were in operation. Both the lady at the reception - assigning serial numbers and the one sitting on the telephone line - are both very sympathetic, happy to explain everything to the ignorant and advise what and how. They just behave professionally - the way every official should behave! And last but not least, the young lady at the counter was very nice. So a big thumbs up for me and I'm looking forward to another visit.
H	Honza Salajka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přepis vozidla vyřízen rychle bez objednání i během nouzového stavu, zatímco v jiných městech mají chabé výmluvy, proč to kvůli koronaviru nejde. Například v Praze nepřepisují vůbec a ani se to neobtežují dát na internet. Jenže všechno jde, když se chce, a to krásně dokazuje tento úřad. Venku dostanete od úřednice pořadové číslo a všechny potřebné formuláře, které následně vyplníte v improvizovaných stanech před budovou. Pak si vás jen zavolají dovnitř na přepážku. Jednoduché. Funkční. A bez debilních výmluv o tom, že to během epidemie nejde. Takhle nějak si představuji službu veřejnosti. Then they'll just call you inside the counter. Simple. Functional. And without stupid excuses that it is not possible during the epidemic. This is how I imagine public service.

Jen paní za přepážkou mohla být trochu milejší. 3 weeks ago car transcription without problems. Check-in even during peak hours within 30 minutes. Registr na Koterovské jsem využil jako nouzové řešení po tom, co mě na odboru dopravy v Rokycanech poslali do zádele s tím, že úterý a čtvrtky jen pro registrované (Tuto informaci se dozvíte až na místě a registr je plný na měsíce dopředu). Tady, vzhledem k pracovní době od 8 do 12 jsem se bál toho samého výsledku. Přijel jsem na přehledné parkoviště, zaparkoval, vstoupil do haly a dotazoval se na situaci. Milé paní za stolkem mi hned daly číslo a šel jsem okamžitě na řadu. Za 10 minut jsem byl venku s přepsaným autem. Asi se z toho šoku, po jiných zkušenostech s českými úřady, budu ještě dlouho vzpamatovávat :) BRAVO!!!! I experienced a culture shock! I will probably recover from the shock, after other experiences with the Czech authorities :) BRAVO!!!!
F	Filip Sichinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Několikrát jsem zde zařizoval pár věcí. Vždy bylo vše bez čekání, rychlé, se vším poradí. Nikdy jsem se nesetkal s tak super přístupem na úřadu. I've done a few things here several times. Everything was always waiting, fast, they can handle everything. I have never encountered such a great approach in office.
D	Detecting Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Žádost o výměnu ŘP, jsem měl hotovou během pár minut a vyřízení přestupku také, dokonce byla paní úřednice tak hodná, že mě vzala o něco dříve. Celé jednání úřednic bylo velmi příjemné a milé.
