★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on the last day before non essential shops closed (again). Staff spoke English with me and were very helpful, restrung my guitar for me and gave me some advice. Thank you very much. Having 2 working guitars again helped keep me sane at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have visited the shop on Andel and it was disappointment. The personnel working there was lazy not interested and depressed. Instead of trying to help the customer they are glad if you will leave to store as soon as possible. long story short horrible experience, I don't recommend. I wanted to buy a guitar today but at the end I went to the competitors where the buying experience was much better.
Note for the shop: Its better to hire people who are actually into music and like their job instead of depressed EMOs that does not have a clue what they are doing there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large guitar store, with great variety of guitars and they also have ukeleles. Friendly staff attended me and explained everything well, giving me the possibility to change the ukelele bag I was buying if it wasn't the right size (as I didn't know the size of the ukelele)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer experience with the eshop. Buying on the Czech eshop would mean to me return goods to Czech, especially when there is a shop in Prague. Nevertheless, the goods has to be dispatched to Slovakia. When buying, they promise easy return - not the case at all. Never ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in, walked around for several minutes, tried a few acoustic guitars on my own. Absolutely NO ONE there seemed to care about helping customers at all. It’s almost as if they were annoyed that people were in their store.
