I would definitely not recommend all of Mr. Zabojnik's services to you. So if you are ready for a disorganized meeting and an arrogant approach so boldly .... We booked on time and immediately called back that our time coincides with the dentist - if they can reorder us - they knew exactly what we need to do (subscriptions and X-rays) and we were told that it would be as early as 1.5 hours and they gave a new time. We arrived at the set time - but there were other people with pets and when asked how much they were ordered they told us that it was not ordered here ... This was the moment when we had to turn around and go elsewhere. What happened - the mother's dog is obese and can not get on her feet - the local veterinarian preferred to send us for an X-ray, which he himself does not have ... My mother was waiting for us to return from abroad after the release of covid measures to help her get the dog to the vet. Everything was ordered and arranged in advance, and yet Mr. Zabojik and his wife refused to take care of us that day, excused himself from dogs that are not his patients or does not take, then again that it is our fault that we reordered (despite giving us a replacement date ourselves) then again with an arrogant approach he humiliated the mother by feeding the dog, then even his wife declared the dog neglected ... a dog that has quality granules, meat and preparations for fur and joints from abroad .... yes obese - that's why we came after all , find out the cause. For the whole time they did not apologize for their unorganized actions (shortening and rewriting in the table calendar is their ordering system) and for their mistake we spent almost 3 hours there - not an hour and a half .... I also had to force every examination directly on them - because originally he just wanted to reorder us ... which I fundamentally refused, I directly forced an examination of the thyroid gland. My wife even arrogantly associated with me - that we live abroad .... what should I say to her. Verte - rict kk I've got enough .... I would like to tell you all that yes, we live abroad and we are used to a different approach. But after we shared our story with others in the Czech Republic - we know that there are veterinarians who like their job and who can behave, not only to animals but also to people. The whole experience cost us an additional 7,000 CZK and one more visit to this doctor - because even writing us a report, giving us blood results or issuing an invoice was a problem. Because how his other customers will come to it .... So until now you will need a veterinarian in Uherský Brod and the surrounding area - you better check who you are going to ..... ps: Moms dog has a disorder of the thyroid gland .... what Mr. Veterinarian didn't even think about it .... so we hope that he will get in better condition soon.
