Nurses and doctors were willing to at least listen to you, now unfortunately it is no longer so ... The behavior of the nurses at the reception is arrogant ... They solve your health problems with you, in front of other patients ... But they will not listen to you anyway and are still able to raise the voice ... There are no consultations with the doctor ... It is impossible to call the My Ambulance line ... so the health care in this facility is at a freezing point.

This organization was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied. Everything exceeded my expectations, it is not an outdated polyclinic with district doctors in a small town, which I was used to until now. Well-founded employees and a pleasant modern environment.

It is not possible to call, no information on vaccination. A month ago, we ordered a vaccination and they would call us within 14 days. We waited 3 weeks and nothing. After this time, we went to inquire in person and suddenly the registration went immediately, but no further specification of what vaccine or another second dose. Unfortunately, it happened to us that the second dose was given to us after 3 months for the date of our vacation. I was told that it was impossible to move on and that we had to find the information ourselves. I would expect more from the medical staff than we were told to contact the Ministry of Health. So if you have someone planning a vacation, be careful.

Exactly that day when I was in bad shape, I walked into the waiting room at 7 am, there were 2 people. I just wanted incompetence and treatment. Right at the first good, they refused me that I could come in 2 and a quarter hours that they had ordered. And when asked if they have an outpatient hours, I was told between 9 am and 10 am, which you have to admit, there was very little at the GP. Well, unfortunately, I dropped out of health and I was not able to return there in those 2 hours. I literally vomited at home in such a way that I thought I was going to suffocate. All right, I called there, I apologized, and I wanted to have lunch so that I could get to work on time and be unable to order me every other day. I got there ten minutes longer from public transport next, I waited in the queue for 10 minutes before they told me to sit there, I waited again for a while to be in the surgery and in 10 minutes I was done with the papers. I made an appointment with the doctor to expose the disability to me for the two days I was waiting for at home. I will drive home satisfied that I have it over and that I can happily continue to suffer. The next day I call from work that I have been incapacitated since yesterday ... Well, just no agreement. One waits 200 years for a stupid stamp with a signature. "Nurses" or whatever it is at that reception forever annoying and annoying both on the phone and in person. Despite terrible excuses and apologies for not having time to pick up the phones, they have time to gossip and drink coffee. Simply Holubinec ...
