But because when a person really needs something once every 2 years and doesn't burden his doctor with anything else in such difficult times, I was forced to go back to Ostrava with an unofficially confirmed covid (confirmed so far 2x antigen) and I will probably have to travel again with a covid after Ostrava several more times. Let the young lady go to work somewhere where she does not have to talk to people if this work bothers her.

I personally went to the branch of Moje Ambulance Francouzská 6167, Ostrava-Poruba and I did not have time to wonder how boldly I was treated by a woman who pretended to be your employee. She didn't want to help me with anything and sell the information. She was a nurse. She was terribly arrogant and annoying. She reluctantly told me that she would have to order me sometime in the next weeks, when I was out of the Czech Republic and she would not talk to me anymore. At the same time, it was just a matter of providing basic information about the vaccination that she was supposed to explain to me. But she must have been looking forward to the foot of the house. So I immediately called the customer kiln and told them everything. Fortunately on the line helped me, they apologized for everything and immediately connected to the branch in Prague, where the nurse provided me with all the information within a few minutes. I didn't even need to talk to the doctor. It is a great pity that you employ such a cheeky sister in Poruba. I left the surgery so disgusted and honored in many reviews that the others are also complaining, so it probably happens to you normally. Why don't you do anything about it? It is completely unacceptable for anyone to treat their clients like this. It will definitely give My Ambulance a good advertisement for the future. I will not return to you anymore.

There is always no doctor or just one. The doctors are spinning there like on a treadmill, and the one who has been claiming there for several years is a desperate man. Great for having 30,000 clients. One star for a willing boy at the front desk.

Absolutely appalling attitude, both nurses and doctors. I have never encountered a person coming to a doctor with a problem to be sent to the emergency room instead of treatment. I came for treatment 3 times for various reasons and 3 times I was refused treatment and was sent to the emergency room. The last thing that convinced me that only people who are completely indifferent to the health of patients work in this surgery was when I necessarily needed antibiotics for acute laryngitis and I was not ordered until 7 days after the outbreak of this disease. Thank God there is an emergency, because otherwise I would probably end up on drips thanks to this great company.

I registered online, at the time of the covid, they did not do entrance inspections at that time, so they have virtually no information about me, they will do an entrance inspection when the period is calmer, ok. It is best to judge everything by phone, and when I have an acute problem, I don't want me to come without an order, especially to order! Even though I was young, I was used to having trouble just seeing a doctor, but the time of covidid changed that, even elsewhere in healthcare. When I was ill, Mr. MuDr. J. Pataky was kind and helped me, so here's satisfaction. There was satisfaction with the other staff too, but I can't really say that about everyone, some of them I felt like I was bothering them ?? But what forced me to find another general practitioner was when I called a week ago for a preoperative examination, which I had to have from my gynecologist ready within 10 days. Unfortunately, my ambulance told me on the phone that due to illness it would not work now, that they could give me an appointment in June, so that I could call at the end of May .. ?? and what is this, please? Do I have planned to postpone the procedure? My ambulance also has other branches, as far as I know, if their doctor is ill, either it is dealt with by the crowd, or I could be offered another workplace. , and then the subsequent evaluation of the results by a doctor. In addition, I was told that I did not have an entrance examination - is it my fault that I did not have one? Such behavior really bothered me so much that I immediately found a new doctor who was willing to take me over and then give me requests for the necessary examinations the next day. I wish the whole team of My Ambulance in O. Poruba only the good, but never here again. Thank you.
