★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá komunikace s obchodem!!!!!!!!!!! při řešení reklamace,která nebyla na straně fantasy obchodu,ale u přepravce. Přesto,že šlo o chybu u dopravce s obchodem výborná spolupráce. (což se dnes hned tak nevidí..)
Široký výběr, rozumné ceny. Výborný přístup např. : objednali jsme si sérii knih a jedna byla v tisku..obchod zaslal tuto knihu v nejbližším možném termínu,bez poštovného a balného....
Velká spokojenost.Doporučujeme.

Great communication with a store !!!!!!!!!!! when dealing with a complaint that was not on the fantasy trade but on the carrier. Despite the fact that it was a mistake for a carrier with a great deal of cooperation. (which can not be seen today anymore)
Wide choice, reasonable prices. Excellent access eg: we ordered a series of books and one was in print .. the trade sent this book as soon as possible, without shipping and packing ....
