★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very good service for foreigner! Make an appointment via phone call. There is people who speaks English. In the building, go to foreign reception which is 20m from entrance. The woman in the reception is kind and explain you well. The doctor also could speak English normally. You can communicate in English. MUDr. Kapounek was kind and explained everything that I asked. I was happy that he speaks English. There are so many hospital where are no doctors speaking English and kind to foreigners. I was very satisfied in comparison to other hospital in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the hospital as I had non stop headaches. The doctor didn't do any tests whatsoever, just gave me an injection of a pain killer. Eventually of course I had to turn to another hospital as this didn't help.
The staff however are very friendly and nice, everyone spoke English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to the urology department because of the great reviews here. I was told on the phone, that the doctor speaks English and it was one of the worst experiences ever! The doctor Dr Köller spoke no English at all and was very unprofessional. He wasn’t able to determine if my husband has a kidney stone, which is a simple ultrasound. Cannot recommend the urology department! Just trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my mother at the expats part (as she does not have a Czech Insurance), and the ladies there were very nice. They spoke English, and the nurse that took care of us was extremely nice! She went with us at both investigations that we had to do, was extremely friendly, caring and patient. Best experience till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ URL ambulatory department at this hospital needs some serious overhaul. After more than a 2-hour wait at the "urologie ambulance" I gave up and left.
If there is a delay or some other issue, one would expect a nurse to periodically check with patents in the waiting room and keep them informed. With all due respect, this does not seem to be a policy at this department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great services. Appointment through email, receptionist speaks English and many doctors. Nurses and people very friendly and helpful. Blood tests in same day. Doctor Kalina speak English and did in depth questions to identify potential problems.
Haven't seen this good customer service in other hospitals.
Well done to the managment and to the people working there!
