Vyber maji velky, ceny odpovidajici, prodavacka byla mila, ochotna a radila mi prakticke veci. Od objednani nabytku me ale odradil vzhled obchodu. Koberce na stene, otriskany stul, stare spinave zarivky, s katalogy jsem si nemela ani kam sednout. Kovarova kobyla... Upon recommendation, I decided to get my son's room in this shop. Choose big, price matching, shop assistant was nice, helpful and advised me practical things. But I was discouraged by the appearance of the store from ordering the furniture. Rugs on the wall, imprinted table, old dirty lamps, with catalogs I had no place to sit. Kovarova mare ...
L	Luci “Průměrný blázen” Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávali jsme zde postel. Paní prodavačka se nám ochotně věnovala a byla milá. Doporučila nám vhodné matrace a pomohla s výběrem kombinace látek. Postel nám potom doručili po telefonické domluvě až domů dva mladíci. Se zbožím a obchodem jsme naprosto spokojeni. Nyní uvažujeme koupi kuchyně a rádi se na vás opět obrátíme :) We ordered a bed here. The saleswoman willingly took care of us and was nice. She recommended suitable mattresses and helped us choose a combination of fabrics. The bed was then delivered to our home by telephone by two young men. We are completely satisfied with the goods and trade. Now we are considering buying a kitchen and we will be happy to contact you again :)

Sedačka mi dorazila ale bez polštářku. 2 krát mi dodali zle polštářky a už 3 měsíce čekám na tie správné, které patria k tej sedačke. Neustále musím ich kontaktovať aby ma informovali o termínu doručení a doteraz som nedostala žiadnu informáciu. Plus kvalita vyrobku je zla - v realite vyzera uplne inak nez na fotkach!!! Nedoporucujem !!! In November 2019 I ordered and paid for a sofa. The seat arrived but without a cushion. Two times they gave me bad pads and for 3 months I have been waiting for the right ones that belong to the sofa. I still have to contact them to inform me about the delivery date and I haven't received any information yet. Plus the quality of the product is bad - in reality it looks completely different than the photos !!!

Opravdu nechápu a nerozumím tomu, kde je chyba, když jsme opakovaně posílali foto v čem je problém, i s detailním popisem. Doufám jen, že se čtvrtá reklamace vydaří, abychom mohli obchod s touto firmou ukončit - a rozhodně už nic objednávat nebudeme. Unfortunately, complete dissatisfaction, we had to complain 3 times about the ordered bedside table, and even after the third complaint, we were not delivered what we ordered. I really don't understand and don't understand where the mistake is when we repeatedly sent a photo of what the problem is, even with a detailed description. I just hope that the fourth complaint will succeed so that we can end the business with this company - and we will definitely not order anything again.

Taktéž chyběly některé součástky takže ty si asi člověk musí sehnat sám. Samotný nábytek občas nelicuje. Zboží je pochopitelně z Polska. Dissatisfaction. Just a strict guide to furniture, practically useless. The pictures differ from the supplied furniture and the individual components are not even described. Some components were also missing, so you probably have to get them yourself. The furniture itself sometimes does not fit. The goods are, of course, from Poland.

The quality of sofa is really bad and it looks different from what they sow on their web resources. But this is not the end - they did not deliver pillows which should come with the sofa. After 5 months promising to deliver that it still has not been done :(. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
