Drobné mínus je, že ve skříni je málo poliček, což má řešení a u posuvných postelí je relativně málo místa mezi postelemi, až syn vyroste, bude siuset dávat pozor na hlavu nebo lehat tam, kde není ta druhá postel... Obchod byl krásný,pomohlo nám vidět nábytek na vlastní oči.Obsluha byla velmi vstřícná a milá.Vybrali jsme postel space up, vyřešení úložného prostoru bylo úžasné. Ovšem, po obdržení zásilky domů čekalo nemilé překvapení... Znehodnocené a nepřesně uřezané některé díly postele...při skládání polic do sebe přišlo zase zklamání.Vrtané otvory pro kolíkové spoje byly odlišné... Chtěl jsem jednou v životě objednávat z jiného obchodu než IKEA a jsem rád, že jsem to udělal. Návody jednoduchoučké, nic nechybělo, nic není poškrábané, vadné atd. Nábytek vypadá přesně jak na obrázku, což taky nebývá vždycky pravidlem. Jediná mini-výtka - nejsem úplně zastánce zbytečných plastů a v balení jich bylo víc než dost - kovové věci, případně šroubky se určitě dají zabalit jinak. Obchod doporučuji. Ano vyřízení bylo ultra rychlé, stejně tak doručení, ale s firmou se naprosto nedalo domluvit na dni ani denní době doručení. Nevyhovuje-li jejich jediný návrh, tak storno… A ve výsledku, i když jsem si tedy na daný termín vše i s mužem zařídila, přijel řidič o více než hodinu dříve, než bylo domluveno a poslané avízo, takže to muž stejně nestíhal. Jinak na deskách byly drobné kazy, zaschlé lepidlo, škrábance, nepřesnosti materiálu v řádech milimetrů. Ale za těžkosti s reklamací to raději nestojí. Oceňuji hlavně ten design, který je prostě do malých bytů skvělý, ale jednání se zákazníky pokulhává, včetně drobností, že i návod na složení si musíte vytisknout sami, hlavně, že dostanete omalovánku. Otherwise, there were small defects on the boards, dried glue, scratches, material inaccuracies in the order of millimeters. But it is rather not worth the difficulties with the complaint. I especially appreciate the design, which is simply great for small apartments, but negotiations with customers falter, including the details that you also have to print the composition instructions yourself, especially that you get a coloring book. Probably anti-stress ?
