E	Eva Vogel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U této společnosti jsem jsi zakoupila dvě skříně v hodnotě 11 tis. Kč. Udělala jsem zásadní chybu, že jsem vůbec skříně sestavila a nevrátila zpět hned. Nekvalitní zpracování, vylomení dvířek v pantech, šuplíky vůbec nefunkční.... reklamaci v zákonné lhůtě firma neuznala. Určitě nikomu NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u této firmy cokoliv objednávat. I bought two cabinets worth 11 thousand from this company. CZK. I made a fundamental mistake that I assembled the cabinets at all and did not return them immediately. Poor quality processing, breaking the door in hinges, drawers not working at all .... the company did not acknowledge the complaint within the legal deadline. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! order anything from this company.
J	Jiří Kos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání neprofesionální. Vyhýbání se reklamaci. U této firmy už nikdy nic nekoupím. Koupíte si skříňku rozděláte krabici skládáte. Po půlce skládání zjistíte že je naraženej roh. Při přebírání zboží byla krabice naprosto v pořádku. Když jsem to reklamoval tak mi paní řekla že jsem jí tu krabici neměl otevírat ale vyfotit. Tak fakt nevím kdo je tady blbej. Prostě radím každému nenakupujte u této firmy. Negotiations unprofessional. Avoiding complaints. I will never buy anything from this company again. You buy a box, you divide a box you fold. After half the folding, you will find that the corner is bumped. The box was absolutely fine when picking up the goods. When I complained about it, the lady told me that I should not have opened the box for her but taken a picture. So I really don't know who's stupid here. I just advise everyone not to shop at this company.

Tak hrozný přístup při reklamaci jsme v životě nezažili a s tak arogantními lidmi jsme se nikdy nesetkali! Od této stránky již v životě nic nekoupím. Koupili jsme postel. Bohužel ji dopravce zlomil, zřejmě když ji nakládal. Přivezený balík jsem při předání zkontrolovala, bohužel ne zespod - já žena bych sama tak těžký balík neotočila. Při otevření krabice jsme zjistili, že díly co byly naspodu jsou všechny zlomené a krabice zespod poničená. Ještě ten den jsme napsali žádost o reklamaci, která byla zprvu přijatá, bohužel uběhlo už 20 dní a dnes jsme se dozvěděli, že reklamace nebyla přijata. Takže tu čekáme už skoro měsíc na novou postel a teď se dozvíme, že nebude. Opravdu nevím co budeme se zlomenou postelí dělat, za tolik peněz no to se opravdu vyplatí. Proto bych chtěla upozornit na tento problém. Absolutely not recommend !!! If you can, never order anything from them! Unfortunately, the carrier broke it, apparently when loading it. I checked the delivered parcel when it was handed over, unfortunately not from underneath - I would not turn the heavy package myself. When we opened the box, we found that the parts at the bottom were all broken and the box damaged from below. That day we wrote a request for a complaint that was initially received, but unfortunately it has been 20 days and today we learned that the complaint was not accepted. So we've been waiting here for almost a month for a new bed, and now we'll know it won't. I really don't know what we're going to do with a broken bed, for so much money, but it really pays off. I would therefore like to draw attention to this problem.
P	Pavel Svogi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji už jen pro jejich jednání. Nechápu, jak mohou mít 4hvězdičky. Objednávali jsme 5 židlí. Čekací doba delší, ale to by mi zas tak nevadilo. Vadí mi lhaní při hovoru a zjišťování informací ohledně dodání zboží. Člověk by to pochopil, kdyby mu to řekli narovinu. A dále mi extrémně vadí, že zboží bylo nebo spíš nebylo zabalené. Prostě nebýt dopravce, který židle znovu obalil, přišly by poškozené a museli bychom řešit reklamaci, která jak jsem si tu četl recenze, je taky kapitola sama o sobě. Přepravce mi ukazoval fotkyjak je přebral a nechápu, jak takto nezabalené můžou opustit obchod. Nikdy víc v tomto obchodě. Jen doufám, že židle budou sloužit dobře. To je rychlá reakce na moji negativní recenzi. Proč Vám takto nejde i jednání s lidmi když Vám volají či píší. Pokud od dopravce dostanu fotky, rád je sem přidám aby se všichni mohli pokochat. I definitely do not recommend just for their actions. I do not understand how they can have 4 stars. We ordered 5 chairs. Waiting time longer, but I wouldn't mind. I hate lying on the phone and finding out about delivery. One would understand if they told him straight. Furthermore, it bothers me extremely that the goods were or were not packaged. If it were not for the carrier who wrapped the chairs again, they would have been damaged and we would have to deal with a claim which, as I read here, is also a chapter in itself. The transporter showed me pictures of how he took them and I don't understand how unwrapped they can leave the store. Never again in this store. I just hope the chairs will serve well. This is a quick response to my negative review. Why don't you even talk to people when they call you or write. If I get photos from the carrier, I will be happy to add them here so everyone can enjoy.
M	Martin Hřídel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekvalitní zboží, arogantní majitel při vyřizování odstoupení od smlouvy, když tvrdí, že jsme poškodili něco, na čem nejsou žádné známky používání. Osobně jsme vracel, na dokladu mám že je vše v pořádku, ale po šesti dnech prý není, navíc nevrátili ani peníze za přepravu. Absolutně neseriózní obchod. Nikdy více. Nyní další neseriózní jednání při vracení peněz, nejenže nedodrželi obchodní podmínky ohledně doby vrácení peněz, kde mají napsáno do 14dnů, ale až na moji výzvu peníze byli na účet připsány 20dnů po vrácení a ještě navíc bez dopravy. Vyzval jsem tedy firmu, aby peníze za dopravu vrátili a on argumentuje tím, že jsem mohl využít dopravu zdarma, kterou nabízejí po Heřmanově Městci a blízkém okolí. Neváhal jsem a telefonicky kontaktoval, zda-li se služba na kterou se majitel odvolává dá využít na dovoz zboží k Praze a bylo mi jasně řečeno, že blízké okolí je tak do 15km. Při objednávce mě navíc tato služba nabídnuta nebyla a pokud by byla, tak nevidím jediný důvod, proč bych si platil zbytečně 291,-Kč navíc. Prostě si obchodník ze mně dělá legraci a myslí si, že jsme hloupí. Takže všichni kdo si toto přečtete, tak si pamatujte, že pokud si zde něco objednáte a nebude se Vám to líbit, přiděláte si zbytečné starosti, tak raději nic neobjednávat. So I called on the company to return the money for transport and he argues that I could use the free transport offered by Heřmanův Městec and its surroundings. I did not hesitate and contacted by phone whether the service to which the owner appeals can be used to import goods to Prague and I was clearly told that the surrounding area is up to 15km. When ordering me, this service was not offered to me and if it was, I do not see the only reason why I would pay unnecessarily 291, -Kč extra. Just a trader makes fun of me and thinks we're stupid. So everyone who reads this, remember that if you order something here and you do not like it, you add unnecessary worries, so do not order anything.
D	Dagmar Radová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem naprosto nadšená!!! Koupili jsme si zde houpací křesla GERON a objednali spolu s montáží a výnosem, které nejsou všude nabízeny. Komunikace od začátku do konce, včetně úvodní tel.konzultace na info lince, úplně skvělá, plus jsem měla požadavek na zavolání v den doručení 20 minut předem a pan kurýr to do puntíku dodržel, časový rámec byl s přehledem také dodržen. Termín výroby a dodání byl přesně v rozmezí 3-4 týdny. Křesílka jsou krásná, dorazila pěkně zabalená ve fólii i bublinkové fólii a pan kurýr je vynesl s úsměvem. Ještě se mi líbilo, že termín doručení byl ráno mezi 6.-8.hod., takže mi to nenabouralo pracovní den. DĚKUJEME, DĚKUJEME, DĚKUJEME! I am absolutely excited !!! We bought GERON rocking chairs here and ordered them together with assembly and yield, which are not offered everywhere. Communication from start to finish, including the introductory phone consultation on the info line, absolutely great, plus I had a request to call on the day of delivery 20 minutes in advance and the courier kept it to the letter, the time frame was also adhered to. The date of production and delivery was exactly in the range of 3-4 weeks. The chairs are beautiful, they arrived nicely wrapped in foil and bubble wrap and the courier brought them out with a smile. I also liked that the delivery date was in the morning between 6 am and 8 am, so it didn't break my working day. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
M	Martin Lukeš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEOBJEDNÁVAT!!! ---ŠMEJDI--- Po zadání objednávky vestavěné skříně a obývací skříně na míru u velice ochotné paní Pšaidlové (řešila samotný návrh a komunikaci) nastalo peklo. Zpoždění dodávky o skoro 2 měsíce, skříně dovezli poházené ve špinavé dodávce bez jakéhokoliv obalu, po montáži byl všude nepořádek, skříně popsané tužkou a na každém jednotlivém prkénku nálepka z výroby (celkem více jak 100 nálepek). Při montáži se montéři neptali kde mohou vrtat a provrtali trubku ve zdi vedoucí k podlahovému topení. Náklady na opravu skoro 5000 Kč Arogantní pan Jirásek odmítnul jakoukoliv zodpovědnost a pak přestal komunikovat. Jako perlu uvedu to, že montéři nepoužívají detektor kovu jelikož prý není zcela spolehlivý - takže prostě vrtají naslepo a buď to vyjde nebo ne. Během montáže se pokusili skříně upevnit i pár šrouby navíc a provrtali tedy boky skříní - v místě vývrtů je poškozené lamino a vytrhaná dřevotříska. Na zbytek montáže jsem jim zapůjčil raději svůj detektor... Skříně jsou již z výroby otlučené, zadní strany posuvných dveří nejsou zalaminované a je tam viditelná dřevotříska, zrcadla jsou lepena amatérsky, povrch skříní je zamazaný lepidlem. Celkové provedení je otřesné a neodpovídá ceně. NEOBJEDNÁVAT !!! --- ŠMEJDI --- After placing an order of a built-in wardrobe and a custom-made living-cabinet at Mrs. Paidaidl's very willing (she solved the design and communication itself), there was hell. Delivery delay of nearly 2 months, imported cabinets scattered in a dirty van without any packaging, after assembly there was a mess everywhere, cabinets described by pencil and on each individual board a factory sticker (a total of more than 100 stickers). During assembly, the fitters did not ask where they could drill and drill the pipe in the wall leading to the floor heating. Repair costs nearly 5000 CZK Arrogant Mr. Jirásek refused any responsibility and then stopped communicating. As a pearl, I say that the fitters do not use a metal detector because they say it is not completely reliable - so they just drill blind and either it works or not. During the assembly, they tried to fasten the cabinets with a few extra screws and drilled through the sides of the cabinets - in the place of the bores is damaged laminate and torn chipboard. For the rest of the installation I lent them my detector ... The cabinets are already beaten at the factory, the back sides of the sliding doors are not laminated and there is visible chipboard, mirrors are glued amateur, the surface of the cabinets is smeared with glue. The overall design is appalling and does not correspond to the price.

Hvězdičku dávám z důvodu povolení o zveřejnění. Never again, there were no components, instructions in only in Ukrainian, pre-drilled holes did not agree, the lady arrogant about the complaint.
