Prodejna je zapsaná v programu zásilkovna.cz, tudíž jsem si šel vyzvednout sůj balíček. velmi arogantní pán co očividně nemá co na práci mi vzdělí, že nemá na takový věci čas a ať příjdu v pondělí, opět bez jeho pozdravu jsem odešel. The shop is registered in the mailbox.cz program, so I went to pick up my package. a very arrogant gentleman who apparently has nothing to do to work, that he has no time for such things and let me come on Monday, again without his greeting I left.
M	Michal Strych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsem si zde kuchyňskou linku. kvalitativně v pořádku. Bohužel přišla až po 5 měsících a v jiném, než objednaném dekoru. Reklamace probíhala bez problémů. Čekal jsem 4 měsíce a kuchyň opět dorazila ve špatném dekoru. po dalších 4 měsících dorazila kuchyňská linka s téměř správným dekorem, tu jsem si již nechal. Při montování jsem zjistil nepadnoucí dvířka jedné z horních skříní (jiný rozměr). Od poslední reklamace uběhlo 6 měsíců a dvířka stále nikde. Samozřejmě ne vždy za všechny problémy může obchodník. Za nespolehlivého dodavatele nemůže. Co se týče vztahu k zákazníkovi, tak alespoň v mém případě se jednalo o solidní přístup. Po prvních problémech došlo i ke slevě z původní ceny kuchyně. Slýchávám ale i jiné názory, co se jednání týče. I ordered a kitchen unit here. qualitatively fine. Unfortunately, it came only after 5 months and in a different decor than ordered. The complaint went smoothly. I waited 4 months and the kitchen arrived again in the wrong decor. after another 4 months the kitchen unit arrived with almost the right decor, I have already kept it. During assembly, I found a non-fitting door of one of the upper cabinets (another dimension). 6 months have passed since the last complaint and the door is still nowhere. Of course, the trader is not always responsible for all the problems. He cannot be considered an unreliable supplier. As for the relationship with the customer, at least in my case it was a solid approach. After the first problems, there was also a discount on the original price of the kitchen. But I also hear other opinions regarding the negotiations.
