★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem sjednané u Generali pojištění storno zájezdu přes ck NA Cesty-Veškeré lékařské zprávy jsem zaslal a téměř 3 měsíce se nikdo neozval.Pojistnou událost jsem od té doby 6 x urgoval,ale marně.Operátorky pouze konstatují ,že s tím nemohou nic dělat a že se mne určitě někdo ozve.Jsem připraven záležitost řešit soudní cestou.
I had arranged with Generali insurance cancellation trip via ck NA Ways-I sent all medical reports and almost 3 months no one responded.I have insured the event six times since, but vain.Operators only state that they can do nothing about it and I am prepared to resolve the matter through the courts.
