Nejhorší je, když není možné najít pochopení, které by se snad očekávalo na straně poskytovatele a to v momentě kdy je po příjemci pomoci požadován doklad od lékaře během prázdnin a lékaři si vybírají dovolenou (jak jinak když je léto) a vedoucí pracovník uráží, nerespektuje soukromí během jednání s druhou stranou a vykazuje na ulici jinak slušně vypadajícího člověka se zdravotní pomůckou.
