★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má zkušenost je velice špatná, k žádanému produktu (nádrž) nemají technické popisy, ani rozměry, váhu, objem - zkrátka nic. Na dotaz ohledně specifikace, zněla odpověď "vyguglete si to". Načež má reakce, že takto by to němělo být, a že by rozměry měli poskytnout, a že tedy nebudu žádný obchod s takto pofiderním eshpem uzavírat. Poděkoval jsem a dostal odpověď "To jsme rádi".
Škoda že se dotyčný ani nepředstavil. Abych mohl uvést jeho jméno. Takto vrhá špatný stín na celý tým tohoto eshopu.
My experience is very bad, they do not have technical descriptions for the desired product (tank), nor dimensions, weight, volume - simply nothing. When asked about the specification, the answer was "go for it". Then he has a reaction that this should not be the case, and that they should provide the dimensions, and that I will therefore not trade with such a pofider eshp. I thanked him and received the answer "We are happy".
Too bad he didn't even introduce himself. So I can give his name. This is how he casts a bad shadow on the whole team of this eshop.
