Nejenže mě slečna zajela při odstraňování gelu až do krve, ale směle pokračovala s takovým tlakem na ostatních nehtech. Chtěla jsem jednoduchý styl. Takovou jemnou čárku s třemi puntíky, vzniklo z toho tlusté ani ne rovné čáry s třemi body. Kůžičku mi neodstranila. Takže to mám takové roztřepené. No nehty vypadají fakt příšerně. Odmítla jsem ji zaplatit celou cenu. Nehty mě dnes bolí. No za mě už nikdy. Hlavně, co jsem zjistila tak tam zaručují nováčky. I'm absolutely dissatisfied after yesterday's visit. Souhlasím se všemi - nechtěla jsem nic jiného než upravit nehyt i lůžka - kůžičky kolem a nanést bezbarvý lak, což jsem při vstupu také oznámila. Nejen, že nemají vyhovující prostředí, rovněž ručník, na který si pokládáte ruku je špinavý. Všichni jsou značně nepříjemní a hlavně slečna co se měla věnovat mně, celou dobu se vybavovala s kolegyněmi a práci vůbec nesledovala. Nehty špatně ostříhány, každý jinak navíc si s nimi zatrhávám šaty, o kůžičkách nemluvě - neděláno. Na něco jsem u pokladny upozornila a tak mi přejela nehet pilníčkem a bylo hotovo. Na další prsty jsem neměla ani odvahu. Po dokončení jsem znovu žádala o bezbarvý lak a slečna přinesla růžový s tím ať se nebojím, vše dobré. Samozřejmě hrůza a tak jsem to nechala sundat načež mi bylo oznámeno, že bezbarvý nemají. Tak hrozný a neochotný personál jsem ještě neviděla. Nevím co si ti vietnamci myslí, když se takto chovají k zákazníkům . Hrůza rozhodně varuji a odrazuji všechny, kteří by tam chtěli zavítat. Divím se, že jim to hygiena trpí. Ve finále jsem za ostříhání nehtů - ještě špatně- zaplatila 300 Kč bez účtenky. Měli by takový podnik zavřít. I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews before I went there. I pointed out something at the cash register, so she ran a fingernail over my fingernail and it was done. I didn't even have the courage for the other fingers. When finished, I asked for a colorless varnish again and the young lady brought a pink one, so I'm not afraid, all the best. Horror, of course, so I had it taken off, after which I was told that they were not colorless. I have never seen such a terrible and reluctant staff. I don't know what the Vietnamese think when they treat customers like that. I definitely warn the horror and discourage everyone who would like to visit there. I'm surprised they suffer from hygiene. In the final, I paid CZK 300 without a receipt for cutting my nails - still bad. They should close such a business.

Ze žlutý se stala zelená, paní do toho začala čárkovat žlutou. Sama od sebe mi tam naklepala třpytky, bez mého souhlasu. Řekla jsem ji, že chci pouze jeden kamínek.. Dala mi tam 5 kamínků. Nehty jsou samý boule, křivý a lak je všude. NEDOPORUČUJI. My first experience with artificial nails. Madam was faster than the next lady, who started 15 minutes later. Obsluhovala mě jistá paní Hana, která mi dopřála i to kvůli čemu jsem tam původně nešla (návštěva, kvůli pedikúře), ale bylo to vše s precizností a citem.Vřele mohu doporučit. Absolute satisfaction, pleasant service, gentle treatment. Udelano extremne rychle a podle toho to i vypada- hrbolaty gel, daleko od luzka, neodstrihnuta kuzicka kolem nehtu, nemeli ani jeden z laku, ktery se mi na vzorkovniku libil (asi 20 svetlych nude odstinu), musela jsem vybirat z toho co zbylo (samozrejme az ve chvili kdy uz jsem mela puvodni nehty opilovane). Very bad experience, I do not recommend.
