★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto katastrofální přístup, více než týden poté, kdy jsem kamna objednal za nabídnutou cenu a zaplatil celou kupní cenu mi bylo sděleno, že cena narostla o dalších 10 tisíc a nabídnutou kupní cenu mi negarantují. Výmluvy na zdražení u výrobce se ukázali jako lživé, protože u ostatních dodavatelů Jotul mi bylo potvrzeno, že Jotul v květnu nezdražoval. Navíc mi nebyla garantována ani navýšená cena s tím, že konečná cena bude naúčtovaná teprve při dodání. Vřele nedoporučuji.
 Absolutely catastrophic approach, more than a week after I ordered the stove for the offered price and paid the full purchase price, I was told that the price had increased by another 10,000 and they did not guarantee me the offered purchase price. Excuses for the price increase at the manufacturer turned out to be false, because I was confirmed at other Jotul suppliers that Jotul did not increase the price in May. In addition, I was not guaranteed an increased price, but the final price will be charged only upon delivery. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi ochotný a příjemný pán nám přivezl krbová kamna Romotop Evora 1 až na Moravu. Obdivuji jeho těžkou práci, kdy musí sundat kamna z auta a dopravit na místo určení. Je to profík na svém místě. Děkujeme
A very helpful and pleasant gentleman brought us Romotop Evora 1 fireplace stoves all the way to Moravia. I admire his hard work, when he has to take the stove off the car and transport it to its destination. He's a pro in his place. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednána kamna Haas+Sohn Nordby (byl výběr všech 3 variant), dodací lhůta do 2 týdnů jak bylo uvedeno u zboží.
Doručení kamen a montáž byla přesně dle domluveného termínu. Použití pásového robota je vynikající.
Podlaha pečlivě zakrytá. Trubky kouřovodu i externího přívodu upraveny přesně.
Opravdu profesionální přístup. Na doplatek kamen nutná hotovost.
Ordered stove Haas + Sohn Nordby (all 3 variants were selected), delivery time within 2 weeks as stated on the goods.
Delivery of the stove and installation was exactly according to the agreed date. The use of a crawler robot is excellent.
The floor is carefully covered. The flue and external supply pipes are precisely adjusted.
Really professional approach. Cash required for additional payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chvilku to s kamnama trvalo, jsou na objednávku, ale instalace naprosto bezproblemu, dobře umístěno a připojeno ke kominu. Přijeli vybaveni vším co potřebovali.
It took a while with the stove, they are made to order, but the installation is completely problem-free, well located and connected to the chimney. They arrived equipped with everything they needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ f.Namir je profesionální rodinná firma , kde přístup jednotlivých lidí a funkci které si plní je jednoznačně na kvalitní urovni. Objednaná kamna jsou nainstalována . Trochu mi akorat mrzí opoždená dodávka objednaneho zboží od výrobce HETA.DK . Čekal jsem od 28.10 to znamená skoro 4.měsíce ale to se dá vzhledem restrikcím jednotlivých státu kvuli koronavirové situaci dopředu očekávat. Děkuji za spolupráci a věřím že tato firma bude i nadale zlepšovat svoje služby pro své zákazníky.
f.Namir is a professional family company, where the approach of individual people and the function they perform is clearly at a quality level. The ordered stove is installed. I'm a little sorry about the delayed delivery of the ordered goods from the manufacturer HETA.DK. I expected from 28.10, which means almost 4 months, but this can be expected in advance due to the restrictions of individual countries due to the coronavirus situation. Thank you for your cooperation and I believe that this company will continue to improve its services for its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednána kamna Romotop evora společně s montáží. Komunikace byla v pořádku. Montáž a doručení taktéž bezproblémová, pánové si poradily hezky s našimi požadavky a náročnějším přístupem do domu. Vše si nejprve přpravili a pak proběhlo pouze položení kamen a napojení na přívod vzduchu a na komín. Naprostá spokojenost s jednáním.
Ordered Romotop evora stove together with installation. Communication was fine. Assembly and delivery are also problem-free, the gentlemen coped nicely with our requirements and a more demanding approach to the house. They first prepared everything and then only the stove was laid and connected to the air supply and to the chimney. Absolute satisfaction with the negotiations.
