★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodání, komunikace bez problemu. Ale gel laky mi proste nesedí, nejdou sundat a mám poškozené nehty...Zkusila jsem jinou zancku a bez problému.
Delivery, communication without problem. But gel paints just do not fit me, do not take off and my damaged nails ... I tried another zancku and no problem.

Objednala jsem si již po několikáté a vždy bez problémů..tentokrát mi nezapékala UV lampa, tak jsem ji poslala po domluvě na reklamaci (poštovné mi samozřejmě nikdo neuhradil) a s paní se absolutně nedalo mluvit, lampa prý funguje..přitom nám nezapekla ani za 15minut a kamarádčina několikaletá to zvládá do tří minut..navíc mi 2měsíce od nákupu (byl to vánoční dárek) nechtějí ani vrátit peníze..takovéto chování je na facku, protivné ženské jsem položila telefon, jednala se mnou jak s miminem, prý jestli to dělám správně..zajímavé, že už to dělám pár let a doteď nebyl problém.. velice mě zklamali..
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !! I have ordered several times and always without problems..This time the UV lamp did not bake me, so I sent it after an agreement for a complaint (of course no one paid me the postage) and the lady could not talk at all, the lamp is said to work.. 15 minutes and a friend of several years manages it within three minutes..additionally 2 months after the purchase (it was a Christmas present) they do not even want to return the money..such behavior is a slap in the face, annoying women I put the phone, treated me like a baby, said if I'm doing it right .. interesting that I've been doing it for a few years and so far there has been no problem .. I was very disappointed ..
