Having booked some equipment in advance by phone, they finally tell us when picking it up and after preparing it that they do not recommend using it. We try it for a few minutes and return it immediately under their own suggestion, we only get a minimal refund. When returning the rest of the equipment they didn't even remember that we had paid in advance. The rest of the equipment was well maintained and working perfectly. Small errors, nothing dramatic but a sense of unprofessionalism. Comments do not apply to the retail and service part of the business.
