+ velmi rychlou "web cestu" ke zboží, které potřebuji (vyhledání)
+ přesné info, kde (na prodejně, ve skladu) je nejrychleji dostupné požadované zboží
Satisfaction.
I take color from here regularly for 3 years and so far has never been a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby šlo odebrat hvězdičky, rozhodně to udělám. Neseriózní firma, na webu uvádí zboží skladem, které skladem nemají. Za zboží se platí předem a poté je veliký problém své zaplacené zboží z firmy dostat. Pan KUDRJAVEC nezvedá telefony, nereaguje na emaily, infolinka nefunguje a je opravdu problém se s touto firmou spojit. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI. Pokud si chcete ušetřit nervy, NENAKUPUJTE ZDE. Už 3 týdny se pídím po faktuře a bez úspěchu.
If I could remove the stars, I will definitely do it. Unreliable company, on the website lists goods in stock, which do not have in stock. The goods are paid in advance and then it is a big problem to get your paid goods out of the company. Mr. KUDRJAVEC does not answer the phone, does not respond to e-mails, infoline does not work and it is really a problem to contact this company. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. If you want to save your nerves, DO NOT BUY HERE. I've been following an invoice for 3 weeks without success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, konečně místo, kde mi dokázali poradit a kde jsem sehnal tonery do své tiskárny, která se již neprodává. Na webu vše mají přehledně popsané a i blbec se tam orientuje a může si to jednoduše koupit. V mém případě proběhla objednávka po telefonu, kdy mi paní vše vysvětlila a popsala, nakonec provedla rezervaci a za hodinu jsem si tonery vyzvedl. Tonery fungují skvěle, cena je taky fantastická. Celkově mohu tuto pobočku doporučit, paní je velmi ochotná a milá. Děkuji a rád příjdu příště...
Great, finally a place where they could advise me and where I got toners for my printer, which is no longer for sale. They have everything clearly described on the web, and even a jerk can orient himself there and can easily buy it. In my case, the order was placed over the phone, when the lady explained and described everything to me, finally made a reservation and in an hour I picked up the toners. Toners work great, the price is also fantastic. Overall, I can recommend this branch, the lady is very helpful and kind. Thank you and I'm happy to come next ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriozní firma, rozhodně nedoporučuji !! Pokud jste již něco zakoupili přes internet a budete chtít reklamovat, máte smůlu. Já odstoupil od smlouvy včas, peníze jsem ovšem neobdržel zpět v zákonné lhůtě 30 dnů. Vedoucím reklamačního oddělení (a nejspíše i majitelem) je pan Kudrjavcev (na něj je na stránkách jediná e-mailová adresa k reklamacím)...tj. budu se asi svých peněz muset domoci jiným způsobem! Pozn.: Je již veden v Centrálním registru dlužníků ČR. Žel, zjistil jsem to až teď !
An unserious company, I definitely do not recommend !! If you have already bought something over the Internet and you want to complain, you are out of luck. I withdrew from the contract on time, but I did not receive the money back within the legal period of 30 days. The head of the complaint department (and probably also the owner) is Mr. Kudrjavcev (there is only one e-mail address for complaints on the website) ... I'll probably have to get my money the other way! Note: It is already kept in the Central Register of Debtors of the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, I only found out now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Komunikovat se dá pouze přes email. Přes telefon nikdo nereaguje. Dlouhá doba vyřízení a paní na prodejně nepříjemná. Zlatá Alza.
Definitely not recommended. You can only communicate via email. Nobody answers over the phone. Long processing time and the lady at the store uncomfortable. Golden Alza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!!! Objednala a ihned jsem si zaplatila zboží, které mi nebylo ani po týdnu doručeno. Navíc jsem si připlatila službu doručení týž den, a nic! Majitel společnosti nekomunikuje, neodpovídá na telefony ani emaily. Takže pokud můžete rozhodně objednávejte jinde!!!!!
Definitely not recommended !!!!! I ordered and immediately paid for the goods, which were not delivered to me even after a week. Plus, I paid extra for same-day delivery, and nothing! The owner of the company does not communicate, does not answer telephone or email. So if you can definitely order elsewhere !!!!!
