★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím říct, že jsem opravdu mile překvapená vstřícností, rychlostí a profesionalitou - informovala jsem o reklamaci jednoho výrobku skrze email a bez řečí mi byl poslán nový ještě dříve, než jsem sama stihla zaslat nevyhovující s reklamačním formulářem zpět. Nejen opravdu skvělý výběr eshopu, kdy se nemusím bát, že koupím něco nekvalitního, krásně zabalené zásilky, bleskové zaslání i tato rychlá komunikace. Díky, budu určitě nakupovat opakovaně.
 I must say that I am really pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, speed and professionalism - I informed about the complaint of one product via email and without a word a new one was sent to me even before I managed to send the non-compliant with the complaint form back. Not only a really great selection of e-shops, where I don't have to worry about buying something of poor quality, beautifully packaged shipments, instant delivery and this fast communication.
