Věděla jsem, že se zapíná a funguje (zkusila jsem to, vím, že neměla bych). Chtěla ho jenom vyčistit. Zaplatila jsem Express diagnostiku (390 Kč) a dozvěděla, že zařízení potřebuje oprav na 11 000 Kč. Nový stojí kolem toho, proto jsem nabídku odmítla. Když převzala notebook, už ho nešlo zapnout. Pan mi řekl, že je mu líto, ale oni za to nemohou, to vše to víno. Doma manžel notebook rozebral a zjistil, že v "servisu" zapomněli připojit baterií. Vyčistil vše sám, notebook funguje. Tak nevím, jak takové specialisty můžou v servisu pracovat. Total horror. I brought a laptop to the branch next to the Andel metro station after pouring wine. I knew it turned on and worked (I tried it, I know I shouldn't). She just wanted to clean it. I paid for Express diagnostics (CZK 390) and learned that the device needs repairs for CZK 11,000. A new one stands around it, so I turned down the offer. When she picked up the laptop, it could no longer be turned on. Mr. told me he was sorry, but they were not to blame, all the wine. At home, the husband disassembled the laptop and found out that they had forgotten to connect the batteries in the "service". He cleaned everything himself, the laptop works. So I don't know how such specialists can work in service.

Jezdím se svým HP do NBservisu několik let a vždy jsem byla spokojená.
