★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprijemna skusenost. Na ambulanciu sme dostali doporucenie od nasej pediatricky, ze su tu odbornici na deti. Volala som do ambulancie s tym, ze chcem objednat dceru. Doslo k nedorozumeniu, ze sestra sa ma spytala ci sme registrovany u nejakeho zubara, pretoze sa domnievala, ze ja potrebujem ist tiez. Vypytala si meno, ktore som jej nadiktovala, pretoze som si myslela, ze ho potrebuje na to, aby ma zapisala ako zakonneho zastupcu dcery. Co mi neprislo zvlastne, pretoze v inych ambulanciach sa mi stava to iste. Este som sa pytala na to, ci dceru naozaj vysetri zubar, ktory pracuje s detmi. Sestra mi oznamila, ze detskych pacientov robia zenske doktorky a pan doktor Necas robi len vstupne vysetrenie. Po prichode do ambulancie sa vyjasnilo, ze ja k nim nechcem ist, ze sa jedna len o moju dceru. Sestra nas nechala cakat na pana doktora Necase, ktory ma vybavil za 1 minutu, ze nie su "detske oddelenie" a aby bolo jasne detskych pacientov prijmaju len s dospelymi. Detsky pacient je v tejto ambulancii menejcenny.
Very unpleasant experience. At the outpatient clinic, we received a recommendation from our pediatrician that there were children's specialists. I called the ambulance saying I wanted to order a daughter. There was a misunderstanding that the nurse had asked me if we were registered with a dentist because she thought I needed to go too. She asked for the name I dictated to her because I thought she needed him to enroll me as her daughter's legal representative. Which didn't seem strange to me, because in other dispensaries the same thing happens to me. I was still asking if my daughter would really be examined by a dentist who works with children. The nurse told me that pediatric patients are being performed by female doctors, and Dr. Necas is only doing an initial examination. Upon arrival at the ambulance, it became clear that I did not want to be sure that it was just my daughter. The nurse kept us waiting for Dr. Necas, who reminded me in 1 minute that they were not a "children's ward" and that it was clear that they would only accept pediatric patients with adults. The pediatric patient is inferior in this outpatient clinic.
