I do not recommend it in any way. Mechatronics on the gearbox was repaired by the company so I had to buy a new one. When repaired, they damaged various cables and other wiring, which I also had to change. Disaster. I am not talking about the price ... first the repair of 150, - €, but when the vehicle was with them, the "repair" came after "discount" 400, - €. All wrong.

In any case, I do not recommend working with this company, which pretends to be able to do everything. Someone may have been lucky, but I was not the first to be "with a refurbished gearbox" which turned out to have the packaging sealed with a two-component glue. Nobody was interested in the work done !!! So flight !!! Amateurs Unfortunately, I was reassured that he could overhaul the servo pump, but it turned out that it was just nonsense and things were sent to whoever "where to" Poland. The pump was returned to us with the fact that it is refurbished and 100% functional and tested on the stool. after assembling exactly the same pump and without change when i called there is a problem and i wanted to know what we paid for and where the old parts are no one could answer me. Of course, it's just a business and none of this amateur company that does everything is not interested in the work I did for them for free. During the complaint we were told that the problem must be elsewhere but they will check the "stool" :-D after a few days and we were reminded that the servo is defective and unrepairable. The arrogant approach of the "owner" added a dot to the conclusion.

In any case, I do not recommend. Before mounting the towbar, they claimed that everything would work as expected, incl. switching off the parking sensors. Of course, switching off the parking sensors does not work. The complaint technician (Mr. Jiří Lubojacký) was arrogant during the complaint, he did not want to hear a word about the complaint. he ended the debate with "I quit".

Super approach, everything in stock. Huge selection of turbochargers, new or refurbished in exchange for your old, warranty card of course, and by the way very solid prices. The quality of workmanship of the refurbished turbo is at a perfect level, we take it here often and it has never been a problem.

Goods in stock, where they complain about delivery within 48 hours a week, neither sent nor returned money. They don't communicate. I filed a criminal complaint against the owner of the company and I definitely do not recommend buying something from them.

They have other prices on the net, when you come for a part they always want more, it seems irrelevant to me

A year passed, so I decided to write a review. I drove my car here to overhaul the automatic transmission - Bmw E61 530D. After arriving and communicating the symptoms of the transmission problem, my gentlemen, who looked very professional and stood about a meter away from the car, estimated the cost of the repair at about 30,000. I note that no diagnostics have been performed. So I left the car in the hands of "experts" and left. After about 2 weeks, when I had to call, I was informed that the estimated cost of the repair was not valid. That's 60,000. I agreed (I jerk). Of course, this extended the repair time. I finally picked up the car and paid for the repair in cash. But I did not receive any invoice or anything like that. The next day, my on-board computer reported that the transmission was not working and activated emergency mode. After reporting service issues, they told me to come. The mechanic gave me the car for diagnostics and announced that it was something other than a transmission and they didn't know what "maybe some control unit". So I left the car there again. After about 14 days, when no one called me, I had a hard time calling and they told me that the car was repaired. Upon arrival, they told me that the mechanic had incorrectly connected some connector, so they had to disassemble it again, but that it was fine. The vehicle was muddy to the roof and after the start the Sahara was running at full speed. So I left the car there even though they advised me to leave that it would pass next week. Finally, after another week, I drove the car and the next day I headed for the mechanic. He put my car on the jack and found that oil was leaking from the transmission. A complaint followed. My gearbox was replaced, but of course it was a week before Christmas. So I didn't get the car until a week after the new year. A few months passed and I almost forgot about my experience. On the way from Slovakia, after about 2,000 km, my car stopped towing and began to hurt terribly. In the service they told me that while assembling the exhaust, instead of replacing the seal behind the turbo, they applied some putty that burned through. In the end, I had the car in service for more than 2 months, I paid twice and I had complaints and additional repairs. If you have a lot of money, time and patience, I recommend this service 100%.

50/50 for a gentleman who can do whatever he wants with his company and change agreements is a bit of a lottery. 1. Caddy transmission - replaced with a refurbished one, but the shifting is not completely good compared to the old one, but it still works. 2. Transmission Crafter- arranged by phone in exchange for what they have in stock just need to be refurbished and in the meantime we will send ours. After a week of calling, the price will be 8 thousand more and the gearbox that was agreed upon is already sold, so the higher price. The reaction to this was the owner of the company that he can do what he wants in his company and change the agreements. In the end, we agreed, but the repair was done suspiciously fast (parts in VW were not available for earlier than 14 days), upon delivery there was no seal on the gearbox as stated in the warranty card, after mounting and driving the appearance of the gearbox almost identical synchronous still bad. No photo or delivery note from VW parts after requesting any proof of repairs. Email statement only. After the repeated request that we would like to complain about the transmission on 30.9. So far no answer. I can't recommend rather I recommend avoiding their services.
