l	lukas ziros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicky jsem se objednal na vyvážení kol na autě a jako zaměstnanci Farmaku mi slíbili pěknou cenu. Auto jsem přistavil, provedli vyvážení kol. Slíbenou cenu nedodrželi, zvedli si ji o 100% a během jízdy autem se ukázalo, že kvalita práce je mizerná, kola házela a třepala volantem celou sezónu. Už k nim nepojedu, lepší servis dostávám jinde. I ordered the wheels of the car by phone and as Farmak employees they promised me a nice price. I delivered the car, they balanced the wheels. They did not keep the promised price, they raised it by 100% and while driving, it turned out that the quality of work is lousy, the wheels threw and shook the steering wheel all season. I won't go to them anymore, I get better service elsewhere.

B	Bretislav Kubesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakováno třmenů mohlo být provedeno myslím kvalitněji za cenu 2800Kč (včetně středů), takto bych si je zvládl popravdě nalakovat asi i sám. Lakovány byly třmeny na cca 6 měsíců starém autě, zřejmě jedna vrstva, bohužel místy prosvítá. Navíc trochu přespříliš asertivní jednání při přejímce, neuznání rozporu mezi informacemi uvedenými na webu a skutečností (vůz zůstal na lakování celkem 26hod).... spíše rozporuplné pocity bohužel. S ALU disky to vypadá dobře, chyby najde člověk až při detailnějším pohledu. Jinak asi co se týče ALU disků, tak bych řekl, že je zřejmě jedná o jeden z největších obchodů. Po přijetí bohužel zjištěno že kola nejsou kompatibilní kde jsem kontaktoval obchod a doposlali mě šrouby a podložky. Musím říct že tento postup celou situaci naštěstí zachránil. Servis mě sdělil že kola byly již minimálně jednou na jiném autě + měli na sobě drobné oděrky. Uvítal bych kdyby v popisku měli o tomto nějakou informaci či podobně, nicméně v dané ceně za kola jsem spokojen. I must say that this procedure fortunately saved the whole situation. The service told me that the wheels were already on another car at least once + they had small abrasions on them. I would welcome if they had any information about this or the like in the label, however, I am satisfied with the price for bicycles.
