After running the tract at home, we encountered difficulties in a while. The belt fell, the other fused. At a closer inspection of the machine, we found that completely unsuitable belts were used in length and quality and were poorly guided from the start. They could not hold well there, it was to be seen that some of the original parts that held them were no longer. We started to go for spare parts. Ouha, the traktůrek had no labels and was composed of many non-original, eye-fitting parts. Under the six-month warranty, we were once back at the retailer. Secondly, we did not go there anymore. One had the feeling that he would do better himself, and to dispose of 200 kg of traktrurek on the wheelchair and ride with him an hour there and an hour back, it does not really want to. That's probably what the retailer relies upon. Traktůrek managed one season and no longer rides. I strongly advise not to buy a "vehicle" unless it is clear what it was like for the type. You will not save. Otherwise, all the tractors offered here were without labels.

I would say that I had the right time to buy a tractor, but I still chose. It's season, so there were few tractors. But I am satisfied with the choice.

Cheaper excavators have in MK-machines. I made the mistake of buying an excavator here! An example of an excavator here is called Digger 110 in the amount of 178,900, - without VAT you can buy it in MK for 155,000, - without VAT. The machine is sold without manual, description and without service intervals. In fact, you don't even know the dimensions of the excavator, let alone the depth range. Suspicion of your own false evaluation of the store created by the seller himself!

Nice prices and probably a good selection. However, the seller also mentions the possibility to bring or send the tractor on the bazaar. However, I was told over the phone that I should come in person (across the Czech Republic) because he does not have time for that. It would therefore be appropriate to make it clear that the seller only sells in person and does not promise delivery.

Hello, we bought a used Honda 2220 garden tractor from this company, including a snow plow. Unfortunately, I have to say from my own experience that I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company again! And I recommend the same to others. I would compare the dealings with the customers of Mr. Smitek's salesman as a worker on a belt. They sold us a tractor with a cracked frame, a black drop of oil and a filter for ejection .. Instead of carriers there were screws .. Blades without reptiles .. belt, which was from another type of tractor .. I was absolutely not alerted to the defects that the tractor has .. And all for 51 thousand and their actions, which could be assessed as "buy fast, do not bother and get out, behind the door stands next" . The moment I told Mr. Smitek by phone that our service technician had found the aforementioned defects, he told us to bring the tractor, repair it or take pictures of the tractor defects and send the parts. Since we have 2 hours to Kolín, I chose the way to send photos. Unfortunately, I waited for reptiles for almost 2 months and for parts for 3-4 weeks. But the pearl was that I had to pay for everything except reptiles. When I picked up the package, I had to pay for all the spare parts. The moment I reminded Mr. Smitka after delivery and payment that we had agreed otherwise, he said that we have a classic warranty like everyone else .. And that he will not send me spare parts for free .. And now he has no time because he loads the tractor to the customer .. " While "sending" the parts, I kept trying to push for the parts to be sent to me as soon as possible, and on my 3rd phone call in 14 days, my work phone was put on call, saying that I kept calling and bothering them. while they did not send the belt, because they allegedly do not know when it will come .. According to the worker .. The tractor stood with me for almost 2 months without a run-in .. NEVER AGAIN, after your disastrous actions and experiences, I would rather pay 120,000 for a tractor than meet you again and buy something from you !!!

I solved the problem on my own (the need to operate a tractor) despite the investment of several thousand. The condition announced at the time of sale was not true and I only found out when I repaired the tractor. The price did not correspond to the condition - I overpaid, but it is my fault (I gave the information provided during the sale, even if, for example, year of manufacture, model were incorrectly listed, which I found out after the sale and information about hours, operation, etc. seller at all did not know, did not document). I recommend potential customers of this company to thoroughly study the condition of the tractor before purchase (in the case of a used one), because the subsequently concluded contract in my opinion favors the seller, despite the announced warranty of 6 months (the question is whether it is useful at all ...) The only positive things were fast delivery, but which was also duly paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for me! This company also deletes negative reviews on its site, so judge for yourself ..... Now approx. after 3 weeks the company started to respond and sends spare parts as part of the complaint. Company 2 of 4 ND sent (used). She hasn't sent another one .... It's been 3 months since the first contact. Make your own opinion ...
