★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde protože je to nejbližší prodejce firmy Stihl v mém okolí a NUTNĚ jsem potřeboval jednu čepici kterou jsem objevil na oficiálních stránkách Stihl.
Na prodejně nebyla ale prodavač byl velmi ochotný a zboží mi objednal.
Do týdne se mi ozvali, za čepici jsem zaplatil cenu z netu a jsem spoko?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupoval jsem si zde motorovou pilu Stihl 211. Při koupi byl prodejce velmi vstřícný a uměl poradit, takže jsem byl s nákupem velmi spokojený. OVŠEM při reklamaci pily díky poruchy u celkově 2. řezání menších stromů, kdy se pila už nerozjela, jsem nabyl zcela jiného dojmu. Pan prodejce mi sdělil, že chyba je v materiálu - v zavlačce, která má hodnotu 5,-Kč. Tu však na prodejně bohužel nemá, aby mi ji vyměnil. Pilu si tam tak nechal téměř 30 dní a výsledná oprava (reklamace) stála bez pár drobných 600,-Kč. Když jsem se odkazoval na chybnou zavlacku v hodnotě 5 Kč, odvětil mi, že to není chyba materiálu (tedy jeho dřívější slova, který se dle něj vyrábí také v Číně), ale chyba rukou!!! Podotýkám, že s pilou tenkrát řezal můj kamarád, který je letitý lesník, aby ji tzv. zajel. Takže přístup pana prodejce byl hodně, hodně mínusový a do této prodejny už nikdy nepůjdu! Zvažuji řešení problému prostřednictvím soudního znalce. Nějak se nedokážu smířit s faktem, že 3 týdny stará Stihlka za 10 tis. Kč přestane fungovat po prvním řezání díky vady materiálu, což budu muset v záruční době zaplatit!!! Díky přístupu prodejce tuto prodejnu rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!
I bought a Stihl 211 chainsaw here. When buying, the seller was very helpful and could advise, so I was very satisfied with the purchase. However, when complaining about the saw due to a failure in the overall 2nd cutting of smaller trees, when the saw did not start, I got a completely different impression. The seller told me that the error is in the material - in the twist, which has a value of 5 CZK. Unfortunately, he doesn't have it in the store to replace it for me. He left the saw there for almost 30 days and the resulting repair (complaint) cost without a few small 600 CZK. When I referred to the wrong pin in the value of 5 CZK, he replied that it was not a mistake of the material (that is, its earlier words, which according to him are also made in China), but a hand mistake !!! I would like to point out that my friend, who is an aged forester, cut with a saw at the time to drive it. So the salesman's approach was very, very negative and I will never go to this store again! I'm considering solving the problem through a forensic expert. Somehow I can't accept the fact that 3 weeks old Stihlka for 10 thousand. CZK will stop working after the first cutting due to a defect in material, which I will have to pay during the warranty period !!! Thanks to the seller's approach, I definitely do not recommend this store !!!
