Před započetím prací nám vyhotovili několik vzorků, které jsme si mohli nechat. Samotná realizace bohužel vyšla na největší mrazy, takže se předání díla opozdilo, což samozřejmě nemohli nijak ovlivnit, neboť podkladní vrstva i přes zapnuté podlahové vytápění, nevysychala. S výsledkem jsme naprosto spokojeni, jelikož podlahy i zdi jsou dokonalé. Kaňkou na naší zakázce bylo poškození okenních rámů, ale profesionální, milý a lidský přístup zástupců společnosti, tuto nepříjemnost anuloval. Jednoznačně musíme říct, že s takovým velkorysým jednáním, kdy nám ve všem chtěli vyjít vstříc a na 1. místě u nich byla naše spokojenost, jsme se ještě nikdy nesetkali. Jsme šťastni za to, že jsme narazili zrovna na tuto společnost, která sice nepatří k nejlevnějším, ale zato ke špičce ve svém oboru i jednání s klienty. Before starting the work, they made several samples for us, which we could keep. Unfortunately, the realization itself came to the greatest frosts, so the handover of the work was delayed, which of course they could not affect in any way, because the base layer did not dry out despite the underfloor heating being switched on. We are completely satisfied with the result, as the floors and walls are perfect. The point of our order was to damage the window frames, but the professional, kind and human approach of the company's representatives nullified this inconvenience. We must unequivocally say that we have never encountered such a generous deal, when they wanted to meet our needs in everything and our satisfaction was in the first place. We are happy that we came across this company, which is not one of the cheapest, but also a leader in its field and negotiations with clients.

I přes některé problémy a komplikace musíme ale říct, že výsledek je perfektní. Provedení je na velmi vysoké úrovni a i od technika z jiné firmy nám bylo řečeno, že tak rovné provedení finálního povrchu už dlouho neviděl. A komunikace se zástupcem firmy bylo vždy velmi profesionální, takže je vidět, že si svých zákazníků opravdu váží. From the Němec company, we had the final floor covering made and also a trowel on some of the walls in the house. Despite some problems and complications, we must say that the result is perfect. The design is at a very high level and even from a technician from another company we were told that he had not seen such a straight design of the final surface for a long time. And communication with a company representative has always been very professional, so it can be seen that he really values his customers.
