I really want to thank the staff from the lung department for their willingness and concern for taking care of my father with lung cancer. Many thanks for the approach of doctors and nurses.

Very politically speaking, the strongly uempathic approach of the staff to us as survivors after Dad's death. For example, I don't know who likes to hear, just after the death of a loved one, that he is in a hospital autopsy room. They weren't even able to prepare all his things for us. We had to warn them that he had more. Words of sincere condolences to a nurse just out of a necessary and annoying duty. The attending physician has not even tried to express her sincere condolences and does not know that if a hospitalized patient runs out of medicine, she should look for it in the hospital itself and not at the patient's specialist. Even one star is too much for them.

Today's visit was really great, the acute abdominal pain caught me leaving the workplace and going to the nearest emergency room, I arrived here at 3 in the morning, not even a foot in the waiting room, the nurses at the reception were very nice and willing and I would probably end it. After 2 hours of waiting, I'll just see a servani like some little brat, what do you want here if you don't have an accident? At the same time, Dr. She told me that abdominal distension is an injury !! So where does one go in the morning to excuse him at work? There is no emergency for adults in the area, and obviously you can't even go to surgery, the last time I cough and I'm going to Ostrava !!!

Absolutely horrible ... Extremely long waiting (despite the fact that the procedure should be performed as soon as possible), unprofessional behavior and unprofessionalism in general. Poorly established epidural with consequences of at least two weeks of migraines, they do not have a single loose crutches throughout the hospital, outdated methods and very reluctant. If I could, I would give 0 stars

But I don't know from people who visited this hospital, he didn't hear much positive reviews here. What strikes me is that instead of reading the reviews listed below and working on improvements, you are threatening people with legal action. I don't know if it seems normal to you, but if you treat people like that, I'm not at all surprised by the rating you have here. Instead of threatening, you should think about yourself and work on improvement so that next time these people are satisfied and have no reason to have these negative experiences.

If I had the opportunity to write to the lady sitting in the control room at this hospital, I would kick her ... her disgusting behavior is astonishing how such an ignorant and callous can do this job. Today I called the dispatch center because I needed help for a lady who was in very poor health, the lady in the dispatch center testified and then she started to be very arrogant and did not want to talk to me at all. She just told me that someone else would need an ambulance, so she wouldn't have a car. I was so shocked that I forgot to ask her her name. In the end, Rzs sent me, the ladies were immediately loaded into an ambulance, waiting for nothing at all. The lady is now on the internship, where they take care of her. She will be old one day and will need help, and I wish that someone would treat her the same way when he called for help.
