★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nespolehlivé jednání. Pan Janda mi zprostředkovával pronájmu bytu. Doporučil nájemnici, která neplatí, nekomunikuje a je v exekucích. Ani si ji neproveril. Nespolehlivý, nekompetentní. Když jsem ho požádala o pomoc s řešením cele situace, odmítl. Rychle pryč od takové firmy, je spousta jiných renomovaných realitních zprostředkovatelů.
Absolutely unreliable behavior. Mr. Janda arranged the rental of the apartment for me. He recommended to a tenant who does not pay, does not communicate and is in foreclosure. You didn't even check her out. Unreliable, incompetent. When I asked him for help in resolving the whole situation, he refused. Quickly away from such a company, there are many other reputable real estate agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Janda je lhář, coby realitní makléř. Jako správce SVJ je velmi hrubý v komunikaci. Vše je pro něj problém. Vše řeší řvaním a následným položením telefonu.
Velmi nedoporučuju pana Jandu.
Mr. Janda is a liar as a real estate agent. As an SVJ administrator, he is very rude in communication. Everything is a problem for him. He solves everything by yelling and then placing the phone.
I do not highly recommend Mr Janda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekompetentnost a neprofesionalita pana Jandy nás nepřestává uvádět v úžas. Je hrubý na lidi, pokládá telefony a nemá čas. Ani jako realitní zprostředkovatel, kdy byl hrubý i na našeho finančního poradce, ani jako správce SVJ, kdy neplní své závazky dle zákona nebo stanov. Spolupráci s panem Jandou se vyhněte obloukem, pokud chcete dobře investovat nebo klidně žít v domě, který nenechá SVJ chátrat.
Mr Janda's incompetence and unprofessionalism continue to amaze us. He is rude to people, puts on his phones and has no time. Neither as a real estate agent, when he was rude to our financial advisor, nor as an administrator of SVJ, when he does not fulfill his obligations under the law or the articles of association. Avoid cooperating with Mr. Janda if you want to invest well or live peacefully in a house that will not let SVJ decay.
