★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete ohodnotit nemovitost v roce 2021 za ceny, které odpovídali roku 2010 je to odhadce přímo pro Vás. Pan Mazal, bohužel nemá povědomí o aktuální situaci na trhu nemovitostí, osobně bych řekl, že poslední info dostal v roce 2015, nicméně tuto informaci stejně při svém výpočtu aktuální ceny nebere v potaz.
Pokud i přes, tyto zmíněné informace, chcete udělat odhad za ceny dávno minule, neváhejte odhadce kontaktovat. V případě, že si nechce komplikovat život a vyřídit hypoteční úvěr bez problémů, určitě NEDOPORUČUJI tohoto pána. Jakmile odhad odešle do banky, jste v dané bance minimálně 2 roky mimo možnost opravy. Hezký den
