★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První kontakt dělá recepční, naprosto neprofesionální přístup, vůbec nerozumí úvodnímu emailu. Nechápe o co má klient zájem. Agresivní obchodní praktiky stylu sjednáme psychologa, ale zaplaťte do X minut, jinak s Vámi psycholog nebude mluvit. Psycholožka naprosto neempatická, nepříjemá a neochotná pomoci. Působí spíše jako arogantní psychopat než psycholog. Sice musím říci, že některé další recepční/asistenky byly naopak velmi ochotné a nechci házet všechny do jednoho pytle, ale celková služba je velmi špatná, v mém případě naprosto vyhozené peníze.
The first contact makes a receptionist, completely unprofessional approach, he does not understand the introductory email at all. He does not understand what the client is interested in. Aggressive style business practices will hire a psychologist, but pay within X minutes, otherwise the psychologist will not talk to you. A psychologist who is completely non-empathetic, unpleasant and unwilling to help. He works more like an arrogant psychopath than a psychologist. Although I have to say that some other receptionists / assistants, on the other hand, were very helpful and I do not want to throw them all in one bag, but the overall service is very bad, in my case completely wasted money.
