★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od tohoto dodavatele máme cca 350m2 travního koberce, pokud se jednalo o větší dodávku tak i před špatnou reakci a nutnost urgence bylo dodáno v pořádku. Problém ovšem bylo posledních pár desítek chybějícího koberce, když toto jsem poptala e-mailem 18.5.2020, bez reakce, následně jsem telefonovala a prý se pokusí dodat, následně telefonát ve večerních hodinách o možnosti dodání následující den. Na můj dotaz na dodání 2.7.2020 reagováno, že už koberec nemají a bude v září. Minulý týden telefonoval partner, dohodnuto dodání v tomto týdnu s tím, že má zavolat počátkem týdne, telefonoval, dohodnuto, že pošle objednávku sms, nebo e-mailem, poslal smsm, bez reakce. Dnes mi bylo panem nepomuckým sděleno, že k sms nenašel hovor a tedy nereagoval a objednávky mají na 14 dnů dopředu. Velmi zvláštní způsob organizace práce a jednání v okamžiku, kdy už není množstevně dodávka zajímavá považuji za velmi neprofesionální a neproklientské.
From this supplier we have about 350m2 of grass carpet, if it was a larger delivery even before a bad reaction and the need for urgency was delivered in order. The problem, however, was the last few dozen missing carpets, when I asked for this by e-mail on May 18, 2020, without a response, then I called and allegedly tried to deliver, then a call in the evening about the possibility of delivery the next day. Responded to my inquiry for delivery on July 2, 2020, that they no longer have a carpet and will be in September. Last week, the partner called, agreed delivery this week, with the fact that he has to call at the beginning of the week, called, agreed to send an order by sms, or by e-mail, sent smsm, without response. Today I was told by Mr. Nepomucký that he did not find a call to the text message and therefore did not respond and they have orders for 14 days in advance. I consider a very special way of organizing work and acting at a time when the supply is no longer interesting in terms of quantity to be very unprofessional and non-client-friendly.
