Čekal bych že standardem bude 100% dostupnost linky 24/7... minimálně aspoň v časovém intervalu který uvádějí na webu.
Tuto společnost nedoporučuji.
Completely dissatisfied with the services and support. In case of internet failure, it is not possible to call their contact listed on the official website.
I would expect that the standard will be 100% availability of the line 24/7 ... at least in the time interval that they state on the website.
I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotline telefon určený k hlášení poruch, který má být dostupný od 8:00 hodin, bohužel ještě v 10:40 h. nefunguje - velmi neseriózní jednání - asi mají hodně klientů.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bez čísla smlouvy odmítli řešit nahlášenou nedostupnost internetu. Ať už byl výpadek u nich či ne, odmítli řešit problém. RČ, telefonicky hlášená adresa, nic nestačilo. Bohužel manžel v zahraničí, tedy jsem číslo smlouvy neměla.
Without a contract number, they refused to address the reported unavailability of the Internet. Whether there was a failure or not, they refused to solve the problem. Registration number, telephone address, nothing was enough. Unfortunately, my husband was abroad, so I didn't have a contract number.
