★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Byli jsme u pana Netušila s autem dvakrát. V září jsme měli problémy s řídící jednotkou, auto nekomunikovalo s motorem a do jednotky zatékalo. Zaplatili jsme 3000 za údajné utěsnění a přeprogramování řídící jednotky motoru. Komunikace se servisem byla celou dobu otřesná, trvalo skoro týden než se vůbec ozvali co a jak a celou dobu vypadali, že je nesmírně obtěžujeme. Navíc nám v průběhu opravy na autě odřeli dveře. Byli jsme rádi, že auto jezdí a tak jsme to víc neřešili. Za pár týdnů se problém zopakoval a tak jsme navštívili Chomutov znovu, tentokrát pánové v servisu neudělali s autem nic a řekli nám, že nic nenašli. Na tuto informaci jsme čekali skoro 10 dnů?!
Jaké bylo naše překvapení když se teď na jaře problém zopakoval a auto jsme dali do servisu v Praze. Do ŘJ motoru nebylo nikdy sahané byla zapečetěná ještě z výroby a stejně tak stěrače přes které se k ní na golfu dostává nebyly nikdy odmontované. Když jsme panu Netušilovi volali co nám tedy s autem v září dělal, řekl úplně něco jiného než to za co jsme mu v tehdy zaplatili...
Takže tedy nekorektní jednání, odřeli nám auto a nepřiznali to a nechali nás zaplatit opravu, kterou neudělali. Super zkušenost??
I do not recommend. We were with Mr. Netušil with the car twice. In September, we had problems with the control unit, the car did not communicate with the engine and flowed into the unit. We paid 3000 for the alleged sealing and reprogramming of the engine control unit. Communication with the service was horrible all the time, it took almost a week before they even heard what and how and all the time they seemed to bother them immensely. In addition, our doors were rubbed during repairs on the car. We were glad that the car was driving, so we didn't deal with it anymore. In a few weeks, the problem repeated itself, so we visited Chomutov again, this time the gentlemen in the service did nothing with the car and told us that they had not found anything. We waited for this information for almost 10 days ?!
What was our surprise when the problem recurred in the spring and we put the car in service in Prague. The engine control unit was never touched, it was sealed from the factory and the wipers through which it reaches the golf course were never removed. When we called Mr. Netušil what he did to us with the car in September, he said something completely different from what we paid him for at that time ...
So, wrongdoing, they abraded our car and didn't admit it and let us pay for a repair they didn't make. Great experience??
