Sestra na recepci je zde asi za trest! Takove chovaní jsem nezažil.
To raději pujdu na Veterinu, kde je přistup absolutně nesrovnatelný s lékařstvím pro člověka.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už mezi dveřmi poznáte, že jste u profesionálů. Na recepci vás vítá usměvavá sestřička. MUDr. Klepalová je velice vstřícná a empatická.
Ale co je pro mě důležité: Ksem objednaný na určitou hodinu, a v tu hodinu taky jdu do ordinace. Nikde 2 hodiny nečekám, a toho si velmi cením. Děkuji
You will know in the doorway that you are with professionals. A smiling nurse welcomes you at the reception. MUDr. Klepalová is very helpful and empathetic.
But what is important to me: I am ordered for a certain hour, and at that hour I also go to the surgery. I don't expect 2 hours anywhere, and I really appreciate that. Thank you
