Celkově mi pomohli, takže si nemám na co stěžovat. Zbytek personálu byl fajn. We were here a year ago and now it's waiting for me again. It is true that last time there was a special sister, a bit of a "robot", but she was a professional. Overall, they helped me, so I have nothing to complain about. The rest of the staff were fine.

Ordinace nově jinde, ale vyhovuje také, ale důležitější je zdravotní péče. Děkuji. Byla mi diagnostikována těžká spánková apnoe, na kterou mi byl předepsán přístroj který jsem měl obdržet do 4-6 týdnů po schválení pojišťovnou. Dnes jsou to skoro dva měsíce a přístroj stale nemám!!! Smluvní partner této společnosti který mi má přístroj dodat, mi sdělil, že přístroje nejsou a kdy budou mi není schopen říci ... Neuvěřitelné!!! Kdybych věděl že tato spánková laboratoř je závislá na jednom jediném dodavateli této techniky, nechal bych se vyšetřit někde jinde!!! NEDOPORUČUJI!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ... On the recommendation of my attending physician at IKEM, I had myself examined by the inspamed sleep laboratory in Belgická Street in Prague 2. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, for which I was prescribed a device that I should receive within 4-6 weeks after approval by the insurance company. Today it's been almost two months and I still don't have the device !!! The contractual partner of this company who is to deliver the device to me told me that the devices are not and when they will not be able to tell me ... Unbelievable !!! If I knew that this sleep laboratory is dependent on a single supplier of this technology, I would be examined elsewhere !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Pracovníce v recepci velmi arogantní, sestra velmi ráda diskriminuje pacienty se závažným vzácným onemocněním (značně nevhodné chování k lidem s metabolickým syndromem, který není způsoben obezitogenním prostředím, ale chromozonální delecí. Jednu hvězdičku uděluji alespoň za to, že na kontrolu má dcera je objednána v září a ne v květnu příštího roku. by no means do I recommend. The receptionist is very arrogant, the nurse is very happy to discriminate against patients with serious rare diseases (very inappropriate behavior towards people with metabolic syndrome, which is not caused by obesitogenic environment but chromosonal deletion. J	Jan Matthew Pochop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As they are not covered by insurance, you pay 6k CZK for a sleep exam, where you get a standard hospital nurse, who isn't even friendly, nor reacts to your requests. Following the examination, the solution was a standard Benzodiazepin type drug, which is not an acceptable long-term solution. Even though the doctor was friendly enough, this place is useless and a waste of money.

Usually you don’t get much smiles or friendly behavior from doctors here in CZ, rather you get a cold shoulder, but Irene is definitely different, making the visit truly pleasant, as well as educational, learning about measures to improve my sleep. Two thumbs up ? ?
