★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonickom rozhovore som sa objednal na termin v sobotu. 3 dni pred vysetrenim, v stredu som im poslal email so zdravotnym zaznamom a jasne som napisal - som objednany na sobotu 13:00. Tak som sa teda z Prahy vybral na vlak do Brna, 3 hodiny cestujem, pridem na ambulanciu a tam nebol NIKTO! Telefon? nedvihaju! email? neodpisuju! Nahnevany a sklamany im v pondelok volam, nedvihaju.. takto to islo cely tyzden az ma to prestalo bavit. Doteraz ziadna odpoved z ich strany.
Takze zbytocne som cakal 2 tyzdne na vysetrenie ktore sa ani nestalo, zbytocne som cestoval z Prahy tam aj spat. NEODPORUCAM. Manazment ambulancie by sa mal nad sebou zamysliet alebo rovno zavriet celu ambulanciu. Otras, taketo spravanie som este nezazil. NEODPORUCAM.
 After a telephone conversation, I booked for a deadline on Saturday. 3 days before the examination, on Wednesday I sent them an email with a medical record and I wrote clearly - I ordered for Saturday 13:00. So I went from Prague to the train to Brno, I travel for 3 hours, I go to the ambulance and there was NO ONE! The phone? they don't lift! e-mail? they don't write! They call them angry and disappointed on Monday, they don't lift them up. So far no answer from them.
So I unnecessarily waited 2 weeks for the examination, which did not even happen, I traveled from Prague there and slept unnecessarily. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ambulance management should think about it or close the whole ambulance straight away. I haven't experienced that kind of behavior yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
