Nobody has checked the rooms for us ... we needed bed linen. For a fee 10 e you rent it, but you do not have to go to the agency on foot. Dinner, for which the agency charged 360 CZK, was a selection of frozen semi-finished products on a plate in the Lin restaurant, please don't go there. Real price of food 5-7,50 euro. Many of the food was bad. I expected to have fresh pasta and seafood when we were in Italy. Not these uho dishes. To the apartment belonged a swimming pool ... that between 13: 00-15: 30 closed and cleaned ... nor could you sunbathe. At the end of our return trip we were taken to Tabor, where we waited 2 hours to get to Brno without a toilet. There was no minimal effort on the part of the agency to get another bus. While we could be already in Brno for those 2 hours. In short, ALL is wrong and never more with this agency. Take care of them. However, if you want a 1990 style holiday, please enjoy a good old school here.

We were not allowed to do either. On the contrary, we were assured that the destination is completely quiet and everything works without restrictions. We operate in food and we could not afford to take such a great risk in the planted area, nor go after returning to quarantine for 14 days, it would be liquidating for us. And at a time when 5.3. so two days before departure, the Italian government closed all schools, we canceled the trip for the above reasons. In the same way, the second family, the third family had also bought transport to the place, the only one was willing to go, the trip was canceled by the Czech Republic itself due to the impossibility of transport. Until now, we only have the money back for the ski pass. The other two families nothing. Ck only sends bulk e-mails, it promises .... we have handed over the matter to our lawyer, who will solve it. However, it was after a long time that we put our trust in the Czech travel agency and for the last time! Unbelievable ... we go regularly with German travel agencies in the summer and there they returned money to clients without a word. So I strongly warn against CK NevDam. It is contempt for clients, arrogant behavior and hostility in any way to help clients. I'm not even talking about an individual approach. You just paid, so on and have fun .... gave us you don't care!

Unfortunately I'm adding to the previous review, NEV-DAMA never again. They do not respect the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Regional Development, where tourism belongs. The only solution is to cancel the trip by the client and therefore the general conditions apply. Vlada CR does not recommend traveling to Italy, declared a mandatory 14-day quarantine, but they still claim that the situation is exaggerating, it is still not in the immediate vicinity. They insist on cancellation from your side, ie 90% cancellation if you can do it the last working day before departure. I tried to communicate and agree with them, without any effort to communicate with you. I also communicated with the Ministry of Regional Development, which they agree and here confirmed that we have in their opinion of the right to withdraw from the contract without a cancellation fee, but unfortunately it is necessary to resolve in court if you can not agree with TA. Perhaps it would take a lawyer and a joint action on TA. I also verified that the cancellation at ERV is nothing for me, according to the pages are also insured here, so probably can not compare with this situation. So NEV-DAMA never again!
