★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time here enjoying the unique architecture of the old Roman baths! 32 degrees so a perfect temperature to just bathe. Pricey (600 czk per person for non-hotel guests, for 3hrs) but we came here for the experience so were happy to pay. The Roman Bath area is a little smaller than it seems in photos but still cool. There’s sauna, steam room, a swimming pool, and “whirlpool” (spa pool) and massages etc for extra $$. Happily spent 2hrs here.
I see in below comment that it’s only open to non-hotel guests in the morning. We arrived at 11:30am but no one mentioned it. So not sure if that rule still applies.
FYI The New Baths (also called Roman Baths) are part of the Ensana Nove Lazne hotel. As English speakers we found it a bit tricky to find information or opening hours. Well worth the day trip!
25min walk down the road (and near the train station) was a great coffee spot“Coffee Ivo”.
