★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, this is kind of rollercoaster experience. From internet, the site looks like a luxury place and this is what you get.. for first two minutes until you arrive at reception with missing receptionist. She will take you to the side building with no relation to unique architecture, with modern-like rooms with spots on carpet, dirty siphon and broken glass on terrace. When you get over these weird things, you'll see that bed is nice, prices in minibar more than reasonable and there are some other good things. We had a dinner at Kutná Hora, can't say anything about the kitchen, but breakfast was mediocre.
Generally, big disappointment, but price is great and there are some good things.

You can walk aroud the chateau for a tour and you ll see czech nature everywhere. It s also recomended for bussiness meeting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful on the outside and that’s about it. People working here seems to be rather arrogante and not hospitable at all. Upon coming to the restaurant asking about the menu (specifically the steaks), the waiter told us that if we wanted a big piece of steak we should go to a steakhouse. In the morning, I was feeling very sick and asked the receptionist for a hot water to make myself a tea (the room doesn’t have a kettle or anything). Even though she had full access to the kitchen and its microwave, she told me I’d have to wait 1 hour until the kitchen is officially open for breakfast. I just needed a simple hot water, it doesn’t seem to be much. Seriously, teach your employees about hospitality or you can’t call yourselves a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually quite a nice place for a weekend visit. The main chateau has no AC, but there is also a modern building with all amenities. The restaurant is wonderful, good service and tasty, well constructed dishes. The pool is nice as well. We borrowed some bikes to get to a local pub, something around 4k away. Not the easiest trip, but a bit hilly. But all in all, its a nice area to explore and the chateau is a good base to get around from.

There is outdoor pool but no whirlpool.
For some reason you can’t add restaurant bill to your room bill and you have to pay every single visit or order in the restaurant. The house has interesting history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a wonderful concept - the “modern” take on the separate building than the chateau was great as it allows you to have your own patio. We were lucky to also have friendly staff during our stay for a night. 4 stars for overall concept and ambience, restaurant and delicacies, general amenities but for an all rounder score, the building could use some maintenance to back up the chateau’s prestige.
