A	Arshii Anjum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is good, rooms are clean and spacious. They have a kitchen and small common area. The location is not too central, it's a bit far to the touristic places. There are transport options available. However, I wasn't too happy with my whole experience. I felt communication with the hostel before my arrival was very difficult, I wish that Hostel administration works on providing solutions to customers as quick as possible. I booked the hostel on the wrong date initially, to change the dates i tried emailing and calling before days, but they kept saying booking.com should let me do that online, but I couldn't do it online(i have done this many times in the past, so it wasn't that I wasnt looking at right options) . So i had to lose my money and rebook on different dates as new booking(because the hostel guys weren't helping). Also the night i arrived, I couldn't initially open the door with instructions provided on my checkin instructions, so I kept calling the numbers, there was no staff to answer, I figured they work only till 22:00. I was left alone outside for few minutes trying to figure out where to go. I recommend having atleast one staff at reception at night, who could be helpful in such scenarios.
T	Tanja Sch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was okay for our 1 night stay, but wouldn't wanna be there for more nights. We had a nice room for 2 in the second floor, but there was still trash from the previous guests on our table, although the room service was there, because we had new bed sheets obviously. The person at the reception was nice, the cleaning stuff was not polite, wasn't able to greet back and always looked grumpy. We didn't use the kitchen, just the fridge, which was really full. The toilets were okay, but the showers were disgusting. I put on my flipflops while having a shower. My result: The area of the hostel is nice, and the tram or metro are just some minutes away. It's okay for a night, but if you stay longer, I would recommend something else.
