Přes teamviewer firma problém okamžitě vyřešila (naposled například s nefungující webkamerou). Pracovníci jsou velmi vstřícní. Jednozančně doporučuji. Příště vím jasně, kam se pro rychlé řešení obrátit. Great remote service. Twice I've used a business in the past two years to solve the problem on my laptop. Despite the teamviewer, the company resolved the problem immediately (for example, with a malfunctioning webcam). Staff are very helpful. I recommend one-time. Next time, I know clearly where to turn to a quick solution.

Při dotazu, zda mají cisco sériový kabel se mi snažil vnutit VGA, že to má stejný počet dírek (nemá...)! Franta z hospody dělá školníka, chtěl po nich 10m cinch na 3,5mm jack kabel, prý se nic takového nevyrábí a ještě se na něj dívali jako na burana. Jinde bez problémů objednali a na druhý den vyzvedával. Holota! Jen se přiživují na GTNetu!!!!!! Reluctance to order unusual goods, ignorance of technicians at the checkout does not add prestige to the brand. When asked if they have a cisco serial cable they tried to force me to VGA that it has the same number of holes (it doesn't ...)! Franta makes a janitor out of the pub, he wanted a 10m cinch for them on a 3.5mm jack cable, they say that nothing like that is made and they still looked at him like a buran. Elsewhere they ordered without any problems and picked up the next day. Holota! They just feed on GTNet !!!!!!
